Customer Review Summary
Kebabs draw the most praise, with reviewers calling the bread thick and fresh rather than a dried out pitta, and describing the lamb shish kebab as well cooked with lots of salad, green chillies and a piquant chilli sauce. Close behind, one reviewer calls the chips excellent and the fish fresh in decent sized portions, and pizza is described as nice by a couple of diners who dismiss the rest of the menu. Opinion is sharply split, though, and the negatives carry real weight. Several describe an unwelcoming attitude from staff, including one who ordered a takeaway pizza. Slow service recurs, with one waiting fifteen minutes for chips and another saying they were given misleading time estimates even when they asked beforehand. Food complaints are specific: stale fish with plasticky batter and uncooked chips, tasteless chips, lumpy curry sauce, sausage in batter with bits of potato, and a chicken shish called the worst one a reviewer had eaten. One reviewer reports repeatedly getting incorrect orders even after double checking, and another says a card is accepted despite what some reviews claim.

“This shop should be closed. Very long waiting time even when it's not busy. People working there looks moody and feel unwelcome. Overpriced. MOST OF THE TIME you'll get incorrect order , even after asking them to make sure you get the right order. Pizzas is ok , but kebabs and wraps is just a waste of money. Absolutely tasteless. Either improve your service or close. 👎👎👎”

“How on earth you can run a chip shop I have no idea! How much slower can you get. 15 minutes waiting for chips is just embarrassing! Do better”
