“Have come to this Wingstop twice now for takeaway and both times it’s taken more than 30 minutes to get our food. People now arriving being told it’s a FORTY minute wait. It’s chicken and chips. How hard can it be? The whole approach in the kitchen seems like a disorganised mess and chaotic. Boxes of food left out on the counter and nothing seemingly getting packed and handed out. 6 delivery drivers all stood around waiting, one sticking his nose where it doesn’t belong in the bags. Half the tables filled with people waiting for their food. Really needs someone better who can coordinate this as whoever is in charge of serving and packing is out of their depth. Edit: Food downgraded to a 2. The flavours are great, but after all that time waiting, we had to go and pick up our own bag from the counter and it was cold by the time we actually got it. Unbelievable...”

“Had a lovely wingstop today after the cinema - the food was extremely fresh, hot and flavourful and the service was excellent! I was served by a lady called jinath who was very friendly and attentive even when it was very busy. Shout out to her and for a very lovely dinner.”
