  “Ordered Nandos to take away on collection service was poor. Lady was very rude. When we got it home the Chicken was so pale no char even too it, seems to be the case the past few months we've had it. Chips have barely any peri salt on them anymore. Just not worth the price anymore.”

  “As most places what you expect from Nandos. But it was open plan and big enough but weekend seems to be very busy. We went after 8 and still long queues. But staff were very helpful and manager was very professional and friendly. The boneless thigh seems to be on the smaller side and coleslaw was not as fresh as it could be. Overall happy with the service.”

  “Had the most wonderful experience at this restaurant today! After visiting from Australia, we were so excited to try Nandos, and our experience did not disappoint. All the customer service was excellent and the food was all delicous! Will definetly be trying to squeeze another visit in here before we leave. ☺️”

  “Restaurant was busy as usual but food served in a real good time. Chicken was cooked nicely and the choice of spices on it was great. Haven't been in a while but had a green reward to use. Overall a good place but can be a bit pricey”

  “The food is always delicious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The restaurant maintains excellent hygiene standards, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. I occasionally visit to relax and spend some quality time, and it never disappoints. It's a great place to enjoy tasty food in a comfortable atmosphere without spending too much. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good food at a reasonable price!”

  “Had a fantastic experience today and wanted to give a special shout-out to three amazing young team members who really went above and beyond. A big thank you to Sai, who kindly asked Hannah to clean a booth for me while I was on a date — such a thoughtful gesture that was really appreciated. Thanks also to Hannah for moving at super speed and helping out straight away with a smile. And finally, a huge shout-out to Marcelle, who took my order and patiently helped me when I got a little confused. The service was friendly, professional, and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s great to see young people providing such excellent customer service. They are a real credit to the team, and I hope their hard work gets the recognition it deserves!”

  “Having not had a Nando’s for a few years, thought it would be a good choice to revisit. The location is great, plenty of parking, staff were super efficient and friendly and the venue was clean and tidy. However he food was really disappointing and super expensive. It really wasn’t anything special, for a large chain this is really disappointing. There are plenty of other great choices out there.”

  “Always a solid choice. Nando's never fails to deliver on that signature grilled chicken flavor. It’s been my 'safe bet' for years. The marinade is perfect, and while the occasional burnt bit happens, the overall quality is so good it doesn't even matter. Highly recommend!”

  “Ordered Fino pitta with breast meat not thigh and was given raw chicken, not ideal considering I’m pregnant and cost me a visit to the hospital. Not impressed got offered a refund management seemed to not care, appreciated the refund but I feel like as a place that cooks chicken you should probably ensure it’s cooked?”

  “One Adult and two children on a Saturday evening after shopping in Bristol Cribbs Causway. Although we had to queue, the wait was 30 minutes however, we where seated with 10. The selection is good and the staff at the bar where excellent even if there was an error over the loyalty card app. All three of us truly enjoyed the food and a lot quieter of an evening.”
