Customer Review Summary
Falafel is what reviewers return for most, described as crisp outside and soft in the middle, and paired with fresh salads and flatbreads. Close behind are the generous portions, with a small falafel in a pitta said to hold more than four falafels and all kinds of salad, and staff who fill the boxes so the portion feels worth paying for. Halloumi toppers and a jumbo share meal draw praise, though one reviewer finds the halloumi portion of three pieces a bit much for its extra charge. Several mention healthy, fresh food and quick service, and some describe friendly staff, with one visiting for years from the Forest of Dean. The criticism is sharper in the middling reviews. One describes two miserable, disinterested staff, a rising falafel box cost and watery salads. A longtime regular says value has deteriorated as things were cut back, though the food is still great and they will not return. Even so, one family says their son wishes he could come every day.

“The perils of hiring young and disinterested staff. If you can’t hack the hangover at work, don’t go out. Two of the most miserable staff I have ever sought service from. Food was ok. Up to £8.30 now for the falafel box. Salads were quite watery but probably as been stood there all day”

“This used to be my favourite place to eat in all of Bristol. I used to get it several times a week but it has become a soulless money grabbing corporation. Everything has been cut and cut and value for money has seriously deteriorated. Food still great but I won’t be back anymore.”
