  “Every after few weeks we visit Nandos particularly this one as its the only halal option in bristol but they are constantly dropping there standard there prices are increasing and the quantity and quality of food is getting worse day by day I ordered my usual all in platter with 4 regular sides but today i thought about taking 2 large sides but when they presented the food i was literally laughing at what they give us the chicken is looking like a small chicken not a medium one and i ask two staff members are these large peri salted chips and they confirm it was. As i have said i am a regular customer of nandos but due to there negligence and the way they treat there customer they will lose there customer in future as they lose us. They are losing the game as there competitors like franzos and pepes piri piri they are 200% more better than them and prices where as compare to them less. Attaching 2 pictures 1 with what i order on my last visit and one what i order today Last time same all in platter with 4 regular sides Today all in platter with 2 large side and breast wrap with 2 regular sides”

  “I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at your restaurant.5th May I ordered loaded chips and was extremely disappointed to find that it contained little to no chicken — approximately a single forkful. To confirm I wasn’t mistaken, I asked a server to check, and they agreed that the portion was not acceptable. We had already waited around 30 minutes for our food, which made the situation more frustrating. The server kindly took the dish back to the kitchen, but I was informed that they would not add more chicken. The server themselves seemed confused by this response and tried again, only to be told the same thing. A manager then came over and apologised. I questioned how difficult it would be to correct the issue, especially as this has never been a problem on previous visits. At that point, I was told that the restaurant had run out of chicken, which was surprising given the earlier refusal to fix the dish. This lack of transparency was disappointing and felt misleading. I ultimately requested a refund, as I did not eat the food. By then, the dish had been going back and forth for several minutes, and the experience had already been significantly affected. Meanwhile, the rest of my party ate their meals while I was left without any food. I was assured that I would receive a refund by the end of the 5th May along with an additional £10 as a gesture of goodwill. Making is 19.50. However, I have still not received anything until today which is £5 short of what was agreed. Which is over a week after I was promised this. Overall, this experience was very poor — from the long wait time, to the inadequate portion, to the handling of the situation and the unfulfilled refund promise until now. As someone who is an ex employee with Nando’s and comes here very regularly I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of transparency and also standard at which is being followed by employees. I will now be taking this up with my credit card company.”

  “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing time with a friend last week! The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive — one of the servers even checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I ordered the butterfly chicken and chips, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great experience — would definitely visit again!”

  “Fancy some cheeky nandos, this is the place to go to! Free car park which is a bonus. Food was delicious, I had pitta fino extra hot 🔥 very nice. Service I put at 3 stars because the staff weren't very productive on the floor rather busy chatting by the till area. Sat down for 1.45 hour, tables around had plates that needed to be cleaned and it was left there since I sat and after I left. When my food was served, no one came to do a check back. Atmosphere is wonderful as it was quiet when I visit around 2-4pm on weekday. On the weekend book your table in advance if you wish to eat in the evening.”
