  “We came here last year for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was delicious. We’ve come back without the children and loved the food, the atmosphere and our lovely waitress Naomi. Working hospitality myself, she was perfectly friendly, approachable, helpful and the right amount of chatty! She stood out as someone we wanted to leave a good review about as well as the whole experience.”

  “Absolutely exception service and food again today. I believe our waiter was Steve (forgive me if I am wrong), nothing was too much trouble. I went for the chicken Melanese which was exceptional, my husband had the Marco Polo which after allowing our children to try, he had hardly any left. It was superb. Thanks again.”

  “Service was good ,pleasant server who was informative and friendly. The pizzas were ok but average, the gf spaghetti bolonaise sauce was good. Unfortunately when you advertise spaghetti you should serve it ,the texture is much more suited to the thin stands than a tough rigatoni. Say it on the menu! not when you serve it.”

  “Had a lovely spontaneous meal with my partner, Steve O was lovely and we were well catered for as vegans. Lovely staff and lovely place! Would love to see some more vegan options, they used to do vegan meatballs and a gorgeous cookie dough dessert, we miss em!”

  “We had a great time here celebrating my daughters birthday. Welcomed with a happy, nothing to much trouble vibe, food came hot and fast and was beautiful. Well worth the money especially if you are doing out for an occasion. We were lucky enough to have Hollie serve us, and personally would like this shout out to reach her and thank her for making our evening perfect.”

  “Manager greeted us and enquired if birthday as my son had balloon. Explained I had adopted him that day, genuinely lovely response. Seated us with more space as had service dog with us, very accommodating. Our server Steve O was super friendly with a kind greeting and took our order to perfection from memory. Very engaging and attentive. They made us feel very welcome and this is now our fave chain, better than the mall. John was very chatty and fun and polite. Thank you all”

  “I received a promotion email from Bella Italia saying you can eat your favorite pasta for just £5, so I went. By arriving I checked if I can use the offer, staff Steve said you’ll need to pay £2.5 extra charge, I said ok. This is what I got??! Looks awful, dry, broken pasta and cheese, doesn’t taste nice either. I feed this back to the staff Steve: was told this is their Premium Lasagne? Anyone tells me does this look premium to you? I’d rather pay full price to eat a nice one honestly!”

  “The food was delicious, server was really friendly and the time to serve wasn’t too bad for a Saturday evening. Vegan and gluten free options were available. 30.10.25 - back for more good food. The servers were fabulous and friendly, food was delicious - esp the desserts!”

  “Ordered a delivery and it was actually vile; it was all clearly reheated and absolutely stale and in edible. chips rock hard near chipped a tooth you can hear how solid they are in video. lasagne no where near authentic it had a sickly sweet taste and the bottom mince was rock solid and stuck to container clearly stale and microwaved, the ciabatta was soggy clearly also microwaved and the pizza was literally foul had a weird sour taste and base was soggy clearly reheated… even our pet refused to eat it. Only thing edible was the garlic dip, avoid this place. Perhaps it’s just deliveries but still appaling service.”

  “This is a brand-new restaurant and it is absolutely beautiful, the venue boasts Modern stylish Italian themed decor as well as Italian music on site, the waiter service was fast friendly and efficient, the service went out of their way to get me everything that I needed and more…… The food that I ordered was all served hot, fresh with really succulent and Rich flavours, There was options for everyone such as vegetarians, vegans, kids, and they even did gluten-free. Personally, I loved How all of the options were the same for everyone if you ordered a vegan item it was a rendition of whatever the meat order was so everyone could eat the same which felt really inclusive. They have different promos that you can get involved with such as downloading that app saves you £10, There is also days where kids eat for free, This venue is a must visit for you, friends and family. I cannot wait to go back!”
