“The employees here are absolute gems. I booked a group trip for the charity I work for, for food+bowling. A coworker did ask if food was halal beforehand, and an employee did confirm it was. It did turn out unfortunately the food was not halal, which was absolutely fine. The manager refunded us for the food part of the booking immediately, and even let us bring some food in to eat. Additionally, I had no idea how to bowl. The manager was very patient in explaining how the scores are kept. All staff were incredibly kind, patient, and graceful to us. The place was clean, on Weds it’s also quiet and not many people which was nice. The aircon also adds to the experience, especially in summer.”

“I’ve been multiple times,excellent service from bartenders and staff,however on a recent visit the security was absolutely disgusting I understand it’s his job however there was no need for the attitude and I feel he tried to size me up….once again I usually enjoy the vibes and the place overall but invest in new security not ones who drive away customers”
