  “I had a brilliant experience at BrewDog Harbourside this week, and a huge part of that was thanks to Harvey, the General Manager. From the moment we started chatting, he was genuinely welcoming, friendly and incredibly personable. He took the time to have a proper conversation, answered my questions, made some great local recommendations, and really made us feel looked after throughout our visit. It's clear he genuinely cares about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. It's easy to see how much of a positive impact he has on the atmosphere of the venue. Excellent customer service can be hard to come by, but Harvey absolutely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He's a real credit to BrewDog, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Bristol.”

  “Came here for the first time to watch the World Cup opener and had a great time! Emily was super kind and friendly. What I really appreciated was that every time I asked her something about the menu, she made sure to check with the chef before answering instead of just guessing. That honesty goes a long way. Thank you Emily, you made the night even better! ⚽🌟”

  “Lucy our waitress was lovely, the food was BANGING!! We had sides, mains, beers and desserts and everything was delicious. We came on Father's Day & they let Dads eat for free - how kind?! Highly recommend this as a fab family restaurant and we'll 100% be back!”

  “We had an absolutely amazing experience for the 'dads eat free' lunch offers today. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and the service was brilliant. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience truly relaxing and fun. Thanks Poppy and crew, we had the best time. Great way to treat my partner who loved the food and beer!”

  “My first visit to a Brewdog since the original owners broke the company and screwed the staff but hey enough bitterness...! I was an ardent Brewdog follower and despite the cost loved the food and obviously adore the beer but this time I wont be returning. Staff were great I have to say but the food is so salty you can't actually taste whats in it because of the salt, you can feel your kidneys shrivelling into a Quaver shape! I get salty food makes you drink more but this time I couldn't finish the meal. They also forgot my partners order so I ate alone while my partner waited for their dish and according to staff its because the 'App is crap' and not that the chef forgot it....!”

  “A group of us went on Wednesday after work and the booking was made by one of my colleagues as they were offering a deal on burgers and he was keen to try this place and see. Nice place inside and a good seating area. The food looked good from what we saw coming out to the other tables whilst we ordered. Order was taken at the table which was a bonus as you were meant to order at the bar so this was a plus point. Hopes were high and our burgers arrived and they looked great however we ordered two sides of fries which didn't arrive at all. Asked where they were and they were then reordered. Only one fries arrived and had to ask a second time for the others. They finally arrived a bit later which was pretty poor. Ended up eating the burgers without the fries and eating them afterwards. Whilst the food was nice when compared to the other Burger places in Bristol for what you get for your money far better going to those places as I thought the price for just a burger is very expensive. Could have lived with it if it wasn't for the fiasco with the fries.”

  “I’ll start off by saying the staff were lovely. I really appreciate their attentiveness. Me and my partner booked for wingless Wednesday. I think this is great deal if you LOVEEE chicken. The wings were…ok. I’ll be honest, the Herby lemon wings were extremely oily. The rest of the flavours are described as spicy but aren’t really spicy at all and I feel are slightly flavourless. We had 2 rounds and gave up. You also have to pay if you want more than 2 sauces for your bottomless wings. This is more personal preference but the music doesn’t help and slightly ruins the atmosphere. I am disappointed as we were really excited about this. I hate being a negative Nancy on these reviews but I have to give my honest opinion (sorry!) 😬. Thank you for the great service & the great drinks.”

  “Member of staff worked so hard to make it an enjoyable birthday lunch for my 10 year old son. We were all very grateful! Food and service were amazing. She was attentive to us between other customers, she was on her own with so much to do, she could have done with an extra pair of hands so she wasn’t worked quite so hard. Excellent member of staff! Excellent food! Happy children and parents!”

  “We had some great wings and sides here. Obviously the beer was excellent too. The fella who served us was really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We will definitely return as it was a great experience and venue.”
