About Par 59 Bristol
Par 59 Bristol is a mini golf and darts bar on Millennium Promenade at Bristol Harbourside, in Unit 3B. Two custom-built mini golf courses of nine holes each sit alongside four interactive darts oches and a bar, so groups can play a round, then move to the darts without leaving the venue. Dirty Birdie, an independent kitchen, serves the street food, and there is space for casual dining and socialising between games. A bottomless brunch runs with wings and chips on the menu, and halloumi with garlic honey is among the options. Table service is part of the visit.

Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers come for the bottomless brunch, praising how the drinks keep flowing with no waiting and how generous it feels for the money. Diners single out the chicken strips, which one reviewer says are not on the menu but are offered first, along with the halloumi with garlic honey, the wings and chips, and the aperol spritz. Close behind is the table service, with servers described as friendly, attentive and quick on refills, and one server named repeatedly by different parties as the reason their visit stood out. A round of mini golf after brunch is described as a fun bonus, and one reviewer says the staff were helpful when a booking had to be moved several times after a knee operation. The main complaint comes from a single reviewer who visited on a quiet Friday afternoon and finished the mini golf in under half an hour, finding the cost of the golf too high for that. Another notes the venue was relaxed at opening but busier by mid-afternoon, and suggests booking earlier for a calmer pace.

“We had Demi as a server. She was absolutely lovely! Very chatty and friendly. She was very clear with how bottomless brunch worked and it was amazing. She made our experience wonderful. More servers should be like her. She was also happy to have small talk but we all appreciated it. 10/10 from Demi she was amazing!!!!!”

“We went to Par 59 on a Friday afternoon to kill some time before going to the Hippodrome. There were just a few other people in there so it literally took less than half an hour for the 2 of us to do the mini golf, so it seemed pretty steep when it came to around £45 for that, a Diet Coke and a pint of cider. £18pp for the golf especially outside of peak hours when it was dead, is too much.”

“I had such an incredible experience at PAR59, and a huge part of that was thanks to Amir and Tommi! From the moment we arrived, they were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which instantly made the atmosphere feel even better. The service all night was fast, smooth, and professional, and they constantly made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. They both went above and beyond to make the night enjoyable, and their energy honestly made the whole experience even more memorable. You can really tell they care about giving great customer service. Couldn’t fault a thing — 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!”

The atmosphere was spot on, the food was great, and the drinks kept coming without us ever having to chase anyone down. A massive shoutout has to go to our server, Sean, who completely made the experience. He was incredibly attentive, genuinely friendly, and always one step ahead with the refills—which is exactly what you want from a bottomless brunch! He brought such great energy to our table and made us feel so welcome. Brilliant vibes, fantastic service, and a highly recommended spot. If you go, definitely hope you get Sean looking after you!”
