  “A mate and I stopped for a pint after work. We did not have food, however the service from behind the bar was excellent (Siân), the pints were tasty and the overall experience enjoyable. It's a great place to go for a quiet drink and the menu seems to cover all basis - will gladly go again.”

  “Ty-Risha is a favourite of ours. There is a wide variety of food choices - all very generous in portion size, good quality and tasty food. The service is quick and friendly. We always visit as a large family group and the kids love the outdoor area too.”

  “I went here for a last minute Sunday dinner with a friend during our lunch break. I called ahead to check they had vegan options, yes the spinach tart was vegan, I asked if we could book a table they said no need we aren't fully booked just come down. When we arrived it was empty, we were offered 1 of 2 tables, neither of which had been cleaned so had to wait for the table to be cleaned before being seated. We ordered one veggie dinner and one vegan dinner, no spinach tart available so ended up with cauliflower tart and vegan sausage, made sure it was one veggie and one vegan dinner when ordering. We waited 25 minutes for the food to come out, the vegan dinner came out with meat sausage and meat gravy. Raised this with the waitress who was very apologetic, when she took the plate back to the kitchen we could hear her shouting at the kitchen staff. It was a little awkward as the restaurant only had 3 other tables occupied at and was still quiet. When the vegan dinner came out a 2nd time the sausage was barely cooked and the gravy was lumpy. The pastry on the cauliflower tart was also dry and overcooked, as though it had been sat in low heat for a long time or reheated too quickly. Very disappointed and likely won't return for food. Will add that we ate here last summer and had a lovely meal which made it even more disappointing.”

  “While our mains were generally enjoyable with the Mixed Grill and Indian Mixed Grill being particularly good. The Hunters Chicken could do with more cheese and sauce, and a 40-minute wait for dessert resulted in a disappointing, over-heated and somewhat burnt Sticky Toffee Pudding. The staff were pleasant, but their attention appeared split between service and setting up for the following day’s event.”
