Customer Review Summary

Burgers draw the warmest praise. One diner calls the burger and cheesy chips the best they have had, and a family describes cheeseburgers and milkshakes as to die for. Close behind is the cooked breakfast, with one reviewer taking on the mega breakfast and another praising a fried egg cooked to perfection. A longtime customer also singles out the ham and turkey salads and the rice boxes. Reviewers mention friendly staff, generous portions and reasonable prices, and one reads the open plan kitchen as a good sign. The complaints are specific and centre on speed and consistency. One diner waited 30 minutes for a sausage and spam barm in an empty room, while another customer waited over 20 minutes for a coffee. A different reviewer binned a full breakfast of frozen sausages, soggy hashbrowns and boiled mushrooms, and a former regular found the dim lighting depressing. Even a loyal customer admits it can be slow when busy, but says phone orders are always ready when they collect.

“Took 30 minutes for a sausage and spam barm. The place was empty when we walked in. The sausages are cheap and nasty, spam had no flavour and even the ketchup was run down. Another customer was waiting over 20 minutes for a coffee. Honestly will never be eating there ever again.”
