About Multi Pizza
Multi Pizza is a takeaway at 632 Coventry Rd in Birmingham, open daily. The menu pairs keema pizza with pizza sticks and fries as a single meal. Baguettes also come as a meal deal with fries, including a tandoori chicken baguette served hot and toasted with melted cheese. The Multi special pizza sits alongside them, and chilli sauce and mayonnaise are the sauces on offer. Payment is cash only, so customers need cash on hand when they order. Evenings are busy, and a wait for food is usual then.

“Once upon a time this was a great spot to eat from. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case anymore. The sauces were clearly watered down - both chilli and mayonnaise. Within my tandoori chicken baguette I came across a thin bone. Surely the tandoori chicken should be boneless? The fries were nice but portion was small. The most enjoyable part of this meal/experience was the £5 price tag.”

“What can i say, stayed in line waited for my food, during my lunch break, i have diabetes as well, when to pick up the food surprise surprise. Guys having beef with the banks, is cash only. Overall, i’m fuming. Went to supermarket next door to grab some sweets cause my blood sugar was so low. Thank you!”

“I'm 28 year old, I have been going to multi pizza for 10 to 15 year or more and it's been the best spicy only spicy pizza in small heath and the chips are amazing, sauce are out of this world, I have all my respect to the owner and workers. This should be over 4.5”

“Been coming here for quite a long time, good food. This time around I got the keema pizza stick meal. Can’t go wrong with that and for the price it’s a steal. The pizzas are really nice. Definitely recommend the keema pizza, nice and fresh, good fries.”

“Yesterday I visited Khan's Multi Pizza and ordered something very simple..... 1 large Doner Pizza with no sweetcorn... 1 strawberry Milkshake That was my complete order and he said it will take 10 minutes so waited least 25 minutes now during my wait a Asian man came in and collected a phone order but they forgotten to include his Masala fish in naan bread.... The man calls his friend said they forgotten the Masala fish in naan and it will take 10 minutes to cook one and his friend must have said it doesn't matter forget it as he told the guy at till forget it I pay for this and tried pay with Scottish £20 note that wasn't accepted and he then got out English £20 note. Just a heads up here but they don't accept card payments only cash so obviously a tax dodge as most pizza shops you can pay by card. So finally my pizza was done and man at the till said £10.50 it clearly says £10.49 on the poster but wasn't going to moan over 1p then I said and my Strawberry milkshake he totally forgot that and told me it's 5 to 10 minutes wait so I wasn't waiting any longer told him to forget it. I seems they have a lack of order taking skills considering mine was such a easy order. The was over cooked and kebab to spicy I'm not a fan of the red meat so I hope they do read this and improve on taking food orders really.”

Customer Review Summary
The complaints are just as specific. Several longtime customers say quality has slipped: one reports a thin pizza with hardly any toppings and fries that tasted refried, another found watered down sauces and a thin bone in a tandoori chicken baguette, and a third called the tandoori chicken filling very dry. One reviewer waited far longer than quoted and never received a strawberry milkshake. Two reviewers were caught out by cash only payment, one on a lunch break with low blood sugar who had to buy sweets from the supermarket next door.
