“I visited the shop last week and initially found the main staff member who served me to be welcoming. However, when I returned today, his attitude seemed completely different and he did not demonstrate a approachable attitude during our interaction. I found his tone and behaviour to be impolite. He was engaging towards other customers who arrived after me and that were seated inside in a more friendly manner. The only explanation I can think of is that during my previous visit, I took a photograph of the shop. One member of staff appeared unhappy about this at the time. I particularly liked the floral display inside the shop, which seemed designed as a photo opportunity for customers and social media content. Please ensure all customers are treated fairly and avoid any form of favouritism!”
