  “We happened to stumble across this place late night. Open until 2.30am. The food was absolutely amazing. The special biryani was out of this world.. n the chicken rogan josh with naan.. omdzzz one of the best curries ive ever had. The owner and his son were very polite.. attentive and displayed exceptional customer service. Defo will visit again”

  “I have visited Khyber Pass Restaurant many times for dine-in, and honestly, it has never disappointed me. The consistency in both food quality and service is what makes this place stand out. Every time I go, I know I’m going to have a good experience. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and properly cooked. Whether it’s traditional dishes or something a bit special, everything tastes great and feels authentic. You can really tell that they maintain their standard and don’t compromise on quality. The dine-in experience is also very comfortable. The environment is clean and welcoming, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. On top of that, the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, Khyber Pass Restaurant is a very reliable place. I’ve tried it many times and have never been disappointed. If you’re looking for good food along with great service and a pleasant dine-in experience, this is definitely a place worth visiting.”

  “I am very disappointed in the quality of the food. I expected a lot more from a restaurant in Birmingham. Service was good from the staff, but the food quality was far from great! No one really enjoyed the food, especially the sheikh kebabs. Spent all day following the family shopping and ended up with a disappointed meal at the end :(”

  “Good place for traditional Afghani and Pakistani curries and BBQ. Spacious seating for big families and Variety of dishes to choose from. Great taste and courteous staff. This place hasn't got it's own parking. Even though the taste was great, but the food upset my stomach for some reason. There wasn't anything else in desert other than "KHEER" and No complimentary Peshawri Tea on weekends!”

  “Amazing halal food. Loved everything we ordered. Staff was friendly. Waited only 10min for food and it was cooked nicely. The chicken and meat was juicy. I have attached pictures of what we ordered and these would be highly recommended from me. My Dad rated this place very high. Lots of seating area. Very spacious. Since the restaurant is on main street there is limited parking space opposite shop. If you found this reviews helpful then a like would be greatly appreciated.”

  “Ordered biryani and seekh kebab. Terrible food. Not authentic, not fresh, all pre cooked. Seekh kebab tasted like the pre cooked frozen ones you would buy from a Pakistani supermarket and for the biryani they used was packet rice. Food came out on our table within 10 minutes of ordering, which shows the fact that it is pre cooked and not fresh. This was my first visit and will definitely be my last.”

  “Good vibe around there, was very busy even though every other food places were quiet. Ordered lamb chops,chicken charsi karahi and Lamb charsi karahi with big peshwari nan. The food price gone up around 30% since our last visit,reflects the price inflation of everything really. Food was very tasty and karahi was served in a sizzling wok/karahi dish. Only reason for 4 stars is the toilet was badly ventilated, didn’t use it but went in to wash the hand.”

  “It’s one of my favourite places to go when I go to Birmingham Chapli kebabs Karahi Sajji They are all the best quality and taste. Mostly service is good. You need to build rapport with one of the servers. Haris is very good efficient quick and very friendly Overall I would rate this place one of the best of its kind ( afghani ). Value for money is absolutely amazing. Been there multiple times with family and along with friends Always has good feedback As I said only watch out for familiar face to get best service. As this can be hit and miss”
