  “We came in as a group of friends for a birthday meal. We came through the door with our booked reservation and was sent upstairs at this moment we was not fussed as we thought it was as good as the decor downstairs: the waiter who greeted us did not have a smile on his face and was treating us poorly with a poor attitude which we didn’t pay too much attention to.We went upstairs we could hear the fan it was not a restaurant upstairs it was a storage room with all the brown furniture the table were full of dust and the chairs were mismatched. The lighting was absolutely terrible and the waiter said come downstairs call me for your order. As a customer in all my experiences of going restaurant the waiter always comes and says are you ready to order which was abit strange at this restaurant. There was a lot of junk upstairs making our experience very unpleasant making us leave before we could order food also the restaurant menu online is not the same at all to the one instore. Honestly disappointing we had to move”

  “What a really great experience the five of us had. The food was incredibe as where the mocktails. A good selection of teas, coffees, and soft drinks too. This is a non-alcohol establishment so free table water is not available. When, seated you're given a small lamp. When you need service, you change the colour of the lamp and somone arrives promtly. The decor is fantastic and good fun with a jet ski, a moped and a pair of wings by the door. We don't go to Birmingham as a rule, normally just driving through. Now we have a reason to stop. Well done to the Aura Lounge team and Thank you again.”

  “Went here during the weekend for food and shisha. Food was very tasty, note that they do not cook steak medium rare and only cook it medium or well done. Peppercorn sauce had lacked flavour and did not add to the steak. However, the beef teriyaki noodles and other bits of food we got were so good, would highly recommend. Service here was extremely slow. Our plates of food were not cleaned even after we had left the table and ordered shisha. We were smoking shisha with the smell of our unfinished food for a while which wasn’t pleasant. The staff here were friendly otherwise just very slow at attending to customers. It was very quiet at the time so there was no reason for service to be as slow as it was. The food and shisha definitely made up for it and it’s a good visit if you’re in the area :) 7/10”

  “Absolutely stunning inside, I came for my birthday very good vibes with a good dj looking like he was enjoying himself 😂 nice shisha with some food great choice on the menu, enjoyed the concept of the light on the table and you change the colour when your ready to order, very quick service and staff can't do enough for you! Bathroom was very clean also. Only thing we wasn't told it was cash only but very handy to have an ATM inside.”

  “I came down with the lads for shisha and food. I ordered the lamb chops and they were nice, and the shisha was smooth too. But honestly, the DJ is what took the night to another level, he made it a proper experience rather than just another lounge. He knew exactly how to get the crowd moving, kept the energy high, and dropped banger after banger. You could tell he really knows his music, reads the room well, and even took our requests. Definitely coming back again, keep it up DJ!”

  “The vibe in here was amazing, the music and dj was on point, the food, omg the flavours were out of this world and so much better than what I imagined it could be I was pleasantly shocked and highly impressed. Not to mention it was my sisters birthday and they were VERY helpful and discreet when I was ordering her birthday package at the table. Plus they had a fire eater there as entertainment!!! The staff were all so lovely and polite, whatever they’re making now, just give them all a raise, they truly deserve it! We were actually late for our booking by a hour and they were so understanding and welcoming same way. Special shout out to our waiter Saif too!!! Honestly this is the best experience and review I’ve given in a while. We’re from London and I’m a big foodie so take it from me, you won’t regret coming here!!! I love that all the foods halal too. We ordered the Unicorn Mocktail, the Flamingo Mocktail, Dynamite shrimp and Dynamite chicken, Beef wok noodles, Ribeye (Comes with sides and sauces) and the red velvet cake. Honestly every single thing we ordered was beautifully presented and I would recommend everything we ate. Portion sizes were perfect and was well worth the price. We need an Aura Lounge in London!!! Also great decor for photos. P.S: The food still tastes amazing the next day after being microwaved😂.”

  “This is a lovely restaurant. I came here for my birthday. The food was lovely. There are plenty of options to choose from the menu. The vibes were nice, and I loved all the beautiful decorations. I had a great experience here. The service was good and the staff were friendly. I loved the light in the middle of the table which you press when you are ready to order. It was a very chill and relaxing atmosphere.”

  “We stopped by Aura for lunch and shisha and had a great experience. The décor is lovely…spacious, comfortable, and with a relaxed vibe. Since it was almost empty, it felt quiet and chill, which was perfect. We were served by Raekwon, who took excellent care of us. He was polite, friendly, professional, and really engaged with us, which made the visit even better. For food, we ordered dynamite shrimps, gyoza, onion rings, and fries. Everything was nicely presented, with a cool dry ice show at the table that added a fun touch. The dynamite shrimp could use a bit more crunch as the texture was soft, but the flavor was still good. To finish, we had the lotus French toast and a couple of mocktails…and wow, the French toast was out of this world! Absolutely delicious. The shisha was also very good, smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic spot with great service, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be visiting again.”
