  “I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I booked an appointment in advance, yet I was still left waiting for half an hour with absolutely no apology from the staff for the delay. The service itself was even worse. The technician (female) was incredibly rough and cut my cuticles so low that they were raw and stinging. When I spoke up and complained, she dismissively told me they were just "dry which is no excuse for cutting into living tissue. To top it off, the finished result is poor and the nail edges are very messy and look unprofessional. Was told by manager to soak in salt water with no hint of a refund offered. Between the lack of respect for my time and the painful, sloppy work, I will not be back. Save your money and go elsewhere.”

  “I got my wedding nails done from here and it was a really great experience. The staff are so polite and really thrive to do a perfect job no matter what you ask for. It's my go to salon for nails. 💕 the only thing I'd say is that it would be good if the staff could work on their timing and managing clients within time better. Both times my nails took around 3hrs which is much longer than any other salon I've been to by a lot! It's a bit of a tricky one because the nail artists do such a great job and are SOO attentive but also the amount of time it takes is not ideal for me to come here regularly. Still, I wish you guys the best!”
