“Had food from here a while back and it was bland, thought I’d give it another go tonight and just had chips and curry sauce…. Chips ok but curry sauce no flavour what so ever, was like thick water. Go and get some mayflower as that taste more Chinese than what I just had. Won’t go again”

“I went here on new yrs eve on my way home from work for the 1st time, and I feel compelled to warn people never to go here. I ordered pork balls with curry sauce, mixed balls with sweet and sour sauce, they were disgusting, overcooked, shrivelled, tasteless, just disgusting, inedible. Prawn toast that was soggy, like it had been sat in fat after cooking, that to ended up in the bin. Beef curry and fried, ate half of that because I was hungry, the worst curry I ever tasted, there was also a chicken fried rice that was also tasteless. As a result I would never return, and I only went here because I didn't have cash and you could pay with your card.”

“I ordered a chicken curry with egg fried rice and a mixed meat chow mein (beef, chicken and prawn). The curry was full of flavour, the sauce thicker to my usual preference, but very tasty. The chow mein had plenty of beef and chicken which was delicious, but not many prawns. The chow mein was good but could have had more soy sauce to give more flavour. Also received a bag of prawn crackers and vegetable samosas to add to my meal. Overall a good meal to eat and saved a night of cooking 🙂 Welcoming staff in a clean and tidy shop. You’re also able to see your food being cooked whilst you wait.”

“We have ordered from this Chinese since it has opened and the food is always lovely, I'm not sure what has happened,new chief?? New service? However, I ordered a chiefs special chow mein, usually comes in a bigger portion to noodles, It didn't this time same portion box as rice/noodles, totally tasteless, watery, luckily I ordered a side curry sauce! So at least I could eat noodles. What has happened????”
