“The lady they have on the desk serving customers and answering calls is a detriment to your business she cost your company a 80 plus pounds order and who knows how much other orders that may have not been spoken on! I had a big group of people and so was listing to her over the phone all of the different dishes..she had no patience atall ,very abrupt, very rude and told us that could we basically hurry up and finish the order as someone is waiting to be served at the counter (I was not on the phone long atall at this point, in fact the call had not long started) in which i responded that it was a big order so if she can let me continue saying the order she replied shes just letting me know that there are people in the shop and i can go off the phone if i like very argumentative in nature and uncalled for. The group i was with heard the whole conversation and were very shocked at how she handled my phonecall and order it was totally unacceptable, unprofessional and distasteful. I doubt she is the owner and so her attitude is probably that it is neither a benefit or a disbenefit financially for her if it is not her company. However treating customers like that is unacceptable ..it was my daughters 16th birthday and she requested to order here for it and she made me feel like crap. For this you get no stars shame on this young lady. I ended up going elsewhere.”
