  “Didn’t deliver food and said they had and had picture… no picture was provided. Staff rude on phone. Said has called me and no missed call or attempt to call me..Ordered a lot from them But never again! No idea where you delivered it too but wasn’t to my house… and who leaves food on the floor if they don’t get an answer at the door anyway gross!”

  “Riddle me this …. Mushroom and onion curry as my niece doesn’t eat meat to then find two slices of beef in it ? This tells me you’re not cleaning the cooking equipment between orders ! Very unprofessional and just dirty !!! Imagine if someone had an allergy …. And yes I will be reporting this to the FSA”

  “Our yuk sung had the smallest tub of crispy noodles, the tub was what you normally get the bit of sauce in. The crispy shredded chicken was chewy, like trying to chew elastic bands, not crispy at all. Will not order from here again”

  “Out of a handful of local Chinese takeaways we always go for the Phoenix, and have never regretted our choice! Food is consistently lovely, the Salt and Pepper chips are the best I have ever eaten, never soggy, lovely level of spice to them and great portion size. Food is always hot, prepared quickly and the staff are friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese in the area definitely give Phoenix a go. 10/10!!”

  “Walked in and ordered, less than 10 mins my order was ready, drove home 2 miles, dished it up, still hot and more than enough for 3, very good value and excellently cooked. all for £27”

  “I placed an order for the first time with The Phoenix in Rubery, it has to be one of the best chinese I have tasted in a long time every dish i order had been tasty.. Even when it was delivered to bromsgrove it was still hot. I would recommend this shop for the quality and taste of food we had paid for.”

  “. Food came within the hour and was hot. We tried here for the first time the other week, the egg fried rice was the best we had ever had, the chicken balls were slightly overcooked but still tasty. Currey sauce was a bit on the thin side but tasty, the crispy beef with garlic and chilli in sauce was to die for. Will definitely order again”

  “STAY AWAY FROM THESE RESTAURANT ! ! ! WORST Chinese restaurant in my life !!! I ordered takeout Chicken Fried Rice I was hungry so I asked how much a portion weighed , the woman said 650 grams I decided to buy. When I got home, I weighed the portions out of curiosity Imagine my surprise - the portion with the packaging weighs 536 grams only. Without thinking, I get into the car and take back the still warm portions with a complaint. I asked for my money back and showed a picture of the scale. The seller states that they always give such portions , so why they tricked me and said 650 grams ???? If I had known it was such a small portion, I would never have bought it !!!! They grimly tossed the money onto the table for me ! No word that they're sorry, that they're apologizing - NOTHING !!! This is cheating customers, not business !!! Restaurants like this should be closed !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!”
