Customer Review Summary
Chicken chow mein is the dish reviewers name most, and the two happiest diners call it delicious alongside the fried rice, curry sauce and prawn crackers. One adds that the food arrived hot and quickly through Uber Eats. Most reviewers are far less satisfied, and the most repeated complaint is mains padded with carrots and sweetcorn rather than the chicken or beef ordered, even when mushrooms were requested. Others describe ribs with no meat, rock hard chicken skewers, overcooked prawn on toast, and a dim sum starter whose crispy won tons held almost nothing inside. One reviewer reports hairs in the salt and pepper chicken and a chow mein that smelled musty. Another received tofu in black bean sauce without the sauce, full of spicy peppers, and cold after a long wait. One regular says prawn crackers were missing and standards have dropped. A caller who pointed out that the website prices were lower than the phone prices was told to order online, and cancelled the order.

“For anyone considering ordering from here DON’T. Ordered tonight and it was dropped off by a rude fella, deadpan face just held out the bag and mumbled ‘’You got it?’’’. The food was disgusting! I picked hair after hair out of the salt&pepper chicken, the Chowmein STUNK of fust! And tasted no different. The BBQ sauce tasted like baked beans juice and fried rice was utterly bland, every dish was tasteless. Its all gone in the bin. Avoid at all costs, I only ordered this once as I got a deliveroo code. Go to Fortune House instead, a lovely chinese that never lets us down.”
