Customer Review Summary
The service complaints carry real weight, though. Two reviewers describe rude, sharp staff. One waited around 45 minutes before discovering the order had never gone through, and was offered only a sauce pot of hot chocolate for their daughters. Another waited about 20 minutes for drinks, never received two more ordered for the kids, and had to ask twice for the bill, with a manager reportedly saying he was too busy serving food. A third felt rushed and seated in the middle of the room on uncomfortable seats.

“this place was so magic to the point that when i ordered my starter the food was floating! With all this illnesses going about the bathroom has sensored toilet flushes so you don’t get sick. The food was so nice i ate it in 2 bites and that’s not like me. I even ordered seconds and i will be back tomorrow and everyday!”

“A really enjoyable visit to Zizzi at The O2 Belfast. The restaurant has a lovely warm and modern feel, with a cosy atmosphere that works well for families or a relaxed meal before or after an event. We had pizza, cheesy garlic bread, pasta and risotto, and everything was tasty, well presented and full of flavour. The pizza base was nicely cooked with plenty of cheese and toppings, the garlic bread was rich and comforting, and the pasta and risotto were creamy, satisfying and good portions. There was plenty of choice on the menu, the service was swift, and the overall experience felt good value. Definitely worthy of five stars and somewhere I would happily return to when we visit again from Australia.”

“First time visit as a large party celebrating a birthday and couldn’t recommend it more! Among our party we had 2 children under 6, 2 milk soya and egg allergies, a vegan and an individual who is going through eating disorder recovery and every single person able to get exceptional food that was delicious and adjusted to exactly how they needed it. Absolutely nothing made to be a problem, so accommodating and patient and we are so so impressed by the quality and attentiveness of the staff. Such a lovely experience, staff couldn’t do enough for you and food so reasonably priced - especially with the offers they do on the app. Rosie was our server and what a credit to the hospitality world she is. Excellence - well done Zizzi, we will definitely be back!”
