Customer Review Summary
The classic Cuban sandwich is what reviewers return to most, with one praising its generous yellow mustard and another calling it super good. Close behind are the sloppy Joe, which one diner wanted to reorder straight away, and the Reuben with thick cut salt beef pastrami. A brisket bap stuffed with meat, salad and cheese is singled out for its size. Reviewers also mention the melted cheese, the toasting, the chips and sweet potato fries, and the fresh lemonade and iced tea. Several describe the staff as friendly and welcoming and the room as relaxed and family-friendly, and one notes there was always a table free. The main complaint comes from a single one-star reviewer who found the staff bored and uninterested, said the food was thrown onto the table, and got no goodbye on leaving, though the food itself drew no fault. Another reviewer misses the fried plantains. One pair ordering an original cubana and a brisket bap meal tried and failed to finish both.

“To be completely honest I was not satisfied with my experience in this place. I went in with 3 of my friends and immediately felt that the staff were bored and uninterested in their customers. Communication was poor and we had our food thrown onto our table, as we left and said goodbye the workers didn’t bat an eye, can’t fault the food tho but wouldn’t recommend for customer service.”

“Delicious Cuban sandwiches. Start with the classic, you can't go wrong (has the right amount of yellow mustard, which is alot!). Cute inside and friendly staff. Good chips and sweet potatoe fries. I just wish they still had the fried plantains!”
