  “Food was not hot, been sitting under the heat lamp. Chips not fully cooked. Honey was cold and crystallised. UPDATE: been here twice since and its very average. The chefs just arent experienced, there is always an issue with flavour texture or temperature.”

  “Hadn't been in to eat at a nandos in many years. Was excited to go... left disappointed by the staff response to having customers. We were the only customers... there was more than double the staff ratio yet we waited at the counter for order to be taken... it was obvious that the member of staff 'serving' us, hadn't been pleased us coming in at 8.55pm... The atmosphere ruined the experience of the meal... in fact the whole evening... we were out by 9.35pm”

  “This makes me so sad to write, I actually felt like I found a Nando’s that was amazing. Ive ordered from here twice since opening that everything was AMAZING, the take away portions were reasonable and worth it that I wouldn’t go to the Nando’s in the Centre or MK. Tonight after ordering my food for pick up. My chicken felt undercooked and cold, my chips were cold, and my Mac and cheese, to pay £4-5 for a side and it looked like this in the photo, it was so small, not worth it. Sigh. Just a disappointment really.”

  “Staff were really friendly and although they got one of our items wrong (think we received someone else's burger) they compensated by offering additional items. It was super busy for a Monday night. The air-conditioning was freezing and although they turned it down for us it was still chilly. Food was really tasty. Will return.”

  “Came here for an early lunch and ended up being the opening day! Greeted by Richard who was wonderful and showed us where everything is and sat us. Ordered on the app, drinks came quickly and food quickly followed. Food was all correct in terms of customisations and was hot! The location is great with loads of parking in the retail park, the decor is very nice and plenty of tables. Overall great experience and would definitely go back!”
