  “We had visited here multiple times and had a good experience, but this visit was rather disappointing. The ordering process itself was not pleasant, and overall we were not especially satisfied with the service. We were therefore surprised to find a service charge added to the bill, particularly as no service charge had been added on our previous visits and there had been no mention of it beforehand. In our experience, restaurants that add this optional service charge mention it when presenting the bill. I chose to pay it at the time as I did not want to make an issue of it at the table and spoil the occasion, especially as we were there to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Having reflected on the experience afterwards, however, I regret doing so. The food itself was enjoyable, but judging from both our experience and a number of other reviews, the quality of service seems to vary considerably depending on the member of staff. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with no intention of returning.”

  “The food is perfect, all of the dishes are nicely cooked and delicious. However, the service of the staff is not doing very well. They only focus on their own task without paying attention to customer for taking orders.”

  “We had a lovely lunch at Coco's Restaurant and were really impressed with both the food and the service. We ordered bruschetta to start, followed by pasta with salmon and mushroom risotto — everything was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. The Italian dishes felt authentic and nicely balanced, not overly heavy. Service was excellent throughout. Our drinks and food arrived quickly, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive — always checking in at the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a very enjoyable experience with great food, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d return to for another relaxed meal.”

  “It’s easy to see why this restaurant is always so busy. Coco’s offers hearty, no-frills Italian dishes that are nonetheless refined, made with high-quality ingredients and packed with flavour. Portion sizes are generous and everything feels properly homemade and satisfying. Standout dishes for us were the lobster ravioli, rich and beautifully balanced, and the large, juicy king prawns sautéed in butter, garlic and chilli on bread, which were absolutely bursting with flavour. A special mention also has to go to Angel. Despite there being just shy of 30 covers at lunch, he somehow managed front of house, bar service and waiting tables entirely on his own. He was constantly on the move but remained attentive, charming and personable throughout. He still made time to chat with us and offered some great menu recommendations. It was a superhuman effort - the owner should consider putting a statue of him at the entrance as he single handedly did the job of 4 people today and the service was still excellent.”

  “Lovely place for a quiet evening meal with my partner. The team hear clearly care about there customers, really welcoming and angel was easy to chat to, dining out isn't just about the food it's the service and this place had both. Thanks again.”

  “We had a party of 6. I suggest making reservations. If you're looking for a quiet dinner for two, this isn't the place. It gets pretty noisy there. Everyone in our party enjoyed their dinner. The food was excellent and the service was good, one of our party's dishes came later than the others. The servers are Italian and are a little abrupt but it didn't bother us, we enjoyed talking to them.”

  “Accommodated our table of 11 and changes along the way for Mother's Day. Everyone loved their food and commented on how tasty it was. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are attentive, personable and work hard. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.”
