  “We had such a lovely lunch at Prezzo today, made all the more enjoyable by Connor, who looked after us brilliantly. He approaches his job with such genuine warmth, kindness and patience and has a wonderful way with people. He made sure we all felt comfortable and welcome, including our daughter, and nothing felt like too much trouble. He's a real credit to the team and made our visit an absolute pleasure.   “A very spontaneous dinner in York after wondering around this magical walled city all day. Great service from the young lady from beginning to end. I loved my starter of Tomato Bruschetta - tomatoes so sweet, actual flavour! I followed this with the chicken mushroom rigatoni and it was just the right consistency of cream, tender chicken and would have loved some extra mushrooms as it was so tasty. My guest enjoyed the spaghetti marinara with the plumpest prawns and delicious sauce. Thank you.”

  “We brought 22 people for a group event and it was one of the smoothest experience. Thalia was the best and made the evening wonderful. The food was delish came out quick. Highly suggest a visit and will definitely be back.”

  “Me and my mum came here yesterday (06/06/26) and we were greeted by Connor who was lovely towards us and was extremely welcoming 🍕🍕 and then another waitress (couldn't remember her name) but she had dark hair and glasses! She was lovely too 😎 making sure our food was okay and making sure we had everything we needed 😁😁 it was a good feed and my mum had 40% off!!! Food but I finished my pizza and next thing I knew was my pizza suddenly became free 🍕🍕 A lovely restaurant full of lovely staff and we felt totally welcome 🤍🖤”

  “Our server, Connor, did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and providing us service with the excellence befitting a five star restaurant. The food here was equally impressive and the portions were filling but not too large. Our regards to the chef. :)”

  “We came here for lunch and had 2 vouchers so had to book 2+2 Separately. Unfortunately they could not seat us together. They could have quite easily put two tables together, but close not too. The server was excellent even though it was super busy. The food was quite slow to come out and was slightly disappointing. Both my son and I had a pepperoni pizza and it just lacked cheese (Picture attached) I expected a bit more from this chain. Had it not been for the server, it would have been a lower rating.”

  “Absolutely brilliant service. Unfortunately, the salmon and king prawn pasta was far too salty for my wife. My Very Meaty calzone was lovely and full of flavour, and the ingredients tasted fresh, but the inside didn’t feel hot or fully cooked. It had great potential, it just needed to be hotter and cooked through a bit more. Overall good value (with the voucher) and enjoyed the experience.”
