Customer Review Summary
Diners consistently single out the large portion sizes as the main draw, with multiple reviewers noting orders like the beef tomato with chips and the fried chicken in blackbean easily feeding several adults. Close behind is the praise for tasty, well spiced food that arrives hot and is notably not greasy. Specific dishes earn repeated shoutouts, particularly the salt and pepper squid, which one reviewer calls perfectly cooked, and the prawn chow mein, praised for its large juicy prawns. Free prawn crackers are a welcome touch. Negative reviews, however, form a substantial counterpoint and center on specific dishes failing badly. The fish and chips draws criticism for chewy chips, the sweet and sour chicken arrives in a solid lump suspected of microwave reheating, and the chicken fried rice carries a burnt taste. Other complaints cite undercooked onions, pork that looks and tastes like beef, and long waits for incomplete orders, such as missing items from an omelette and gravy order.

“Just had a group order from here and i cant recommend them enough. Portion sizes are massive and so tasty, mine was beef tomato with chips and it was gorgeous, ( and im fussy lol.) Service is always good and orders dont take long being delivered. I do have one complaint though, they are in York and i live in Hull , so i can only get to have their food when i visit friends. Get your orders in folks as you wont regret it . X”
