“The so-called Salt & Pepper Spare Ribs were absolutely awful. They were dry, burnt, overcooked, and tasted nothing like proper salt and pepper ribs. There was no fresh chilli, onion, garlic, or seasoning you'd expect—just dark, tough pieces of meat that were difficult to eat and frankly disgusting. It all went into the bin The fried rice was bland and uninspiring, adding to an overall very poor meal. I've had salt and pepper ribs from many Chinese takeaways, and this was easily the worst I've ever received. A complete waste of money. I won't be ordering again and would not recommend.”

“We ordered the salt and pepper box along with a special fried rice for 5 people. The salt and pepper box contents were over cooked and quite unpleasant, the only nice item in the box was the spare rib. Chicken pieces really overcooked along with the rest of the box. Special fried rice was nice which saved the evening meal we bought as a treat for my family we were visiting in York. Disappointed.”
