“I ordered 4 keema naan but somehow received 4 keema paranthas instead. There was no keema inside, and they were all uncooked. The curry only had 5 pieces of chicken. Being Asian, I know how to cook well, so I called the restaurant to explain the issue. Instead of resolving it, the person on the phone spoke to me very rudely and told me not to call their restaurant again. He refused to address my complaint or provide a refund. I even sent photos of the food to show the problem, but he disconnected the call after speaking to me loudly and rudely.”
