  “Ordered a home delivery and had my usual Oreo milkshake no cream and chicken wrap mild chicken I think it’s called onion tomato and mayo So yet again for the 2nd time this month cream was put in my milkshake also there was once it was obvious cream had been put on top and taken off and it definitely wasn’t Oreo because one it tasted minty and there was no Oreo bits in. Also it was all melted and warm The bottom like there usually is. That was bad enough. The chicken wrap no mayo and it doesn’t taste the same having to use hellmans. I like the mayo you normally put it compliments the chicken and then the chicken was spicier than normal definitely wasn’t the usual chicken I have. Do people not read instructions anymore. It might seem petty me giving a bad review but if I wanted what was sent I would have ordered that and it’s not like it’s a cheap takeaway because it isn’t. Especially when the hike the price up for a few months then drop it back down very odd please guys actually read the instructions.please or I will send the next order back. If I could I’d put the picture of the receipt up to show what I actually did order I have quite a few always a month minimum 4 up to 6-7 so I really don’t want to have to go somewhere else. As when you get it right’s guys it’s so tasty and nice good size portions and at the moment good value”

  “Had such a great experience at Grill-It Newbridge! The food was amazing, everything tasted fresh. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food, and the portion sizes were really good too. The service from Tadisa was great she was so friendly, attentive and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. She made sure everything was okay, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, great food and even better service, will definitely be coming back!”

  “Really great food and the service was unforgettable. I was served by a lovely girl called Fortune I believe and she was so inviting and energetic towards us the minute we got in. It was a birthday celebration for my sister and our first time visiting Newbridge and we will be coming here more frequently! 🤣❤️”

  “Don’t get me wrong the food is nice but the way the managers treat their staff is borderline abusive. I wouldn’t eat here anymore just out of respect of the staff that have to endure the appalling treatment from the managers. I ordered food from there the other night and something was missing from my order, I rang the shop to just explain what had happened and the girl that spoke to me was lovely, she tried to sort the issue out for me but then was completely shut down by the manager. I could hear him shouting at her over the phone. I then asked her if I could speak to him personally and she genuinely sounded scared and said no. Genuinely concerned for the staff that work there not going to lie.”

  “I ordered a pizza and boneless buffalo strips via uber eats. Delivery time was good, no issues here. What I received was an undercooked pizza (second time this has happened in the last 3 months!) which I had to finish off my self in the oven and to top it all off the boneless buffalo wings were in fact the chicken strippers dipped in peri salt, I have kept a photo of these just to remind myself before I think about ordering anything from here. Disappointing to say the least.”

  “I had an amazing experience at Grill-It New Bridge. The quality of the food was outstanding — everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.   “We go to Grill it , on Tettenhall road relatively frequently, as the location is very convenient for us. The food quality is consistently very good. The chicken is always tender and tasty. Their pizzas are excellent. And I particularly like the hallumi wrap. Service is always quick and makes an excellent reliable quick take away. The decor is lovely. It can get a little busy with school children on Friday afternoons, post school. Some people might not like that. But even when its busy, service is still excellent and the food quality remains high.”

  “First time and place looked clean and nice. It's lovely they have outside seating as for the hot days. Service and staff where great. Food was lovely. We had the meal for two which has a whole chicken, wings, 3 sides and 2 refill drinks for less then £40. The food was really good and tasty. Only say the sauces were a bit watery. Overall fabulous service and food.”

  “This place is a MUST TRY!! Food was amazing. Service was amazing the young lady Aisha was amazing honestly. Visited for small birthday gathering. Atmosphere was 10/10 will definitely visit again. Dessert are a must try also. Accepts blue light card - (must be shown at the till)”
