  “Laura was the most wonderful and attentive server we have ever had at Miller & Carter. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic and a genuine delight to encounter. Her warmth, attentiveness and lovely manner made our experience even more special. When I return to Miller & Carter next, I would very much hope to have Laura as our server again. Much like being a regular in the hands of your favourite pub landlord, I’d be more than happy to become a regular in Laura’s care! She is a real credit to Miller & Carter, and deserves to be recognised for the wonderful service she provides.”

  “We went for our date night and had the share main butchers block and the share dessert carter's choc bar and the whole meal was absolutely delicious from start to Finish we would highly recommend. Our server Skye was wonderful and was one of the nicest people you will ever meet, we hope to be served by her again on our next visit as we will definitely be back again thanks to both the food and service.”

  “Food was delicious but it took quite a while to receive it. I had sticky chicken starter and then rib eye steak. Partner enjoyed buratta starter and then full rack of ribs. Both stuffed so couldn’t enjoy a pudding! Nice surroundings, clean table and so were the toilets, there were stairs to those. Whatever disappointment we have about the length of time waiting for the food was outweighed by the fabulous service received from our server Laura. A beautiful and very bright and friendly lady. We will definitely come back and see her again.”

  “Had an amazing dinner celebrating my brothers graduation!! Jodie was amazing - she was friendly and accommodating, she even got my brother some free drinks to celebrate his big day ❤️ We felt sorry for her since the place was packed and she kept running around non stop going to tables to tables. You can imagine how great the food would be if the place is packed! Totally worth the price. It was our first time at Miller and Carter. I always thought this chain was overrated but I was clearly wrong! 10/10 would defo come again ☺️”

  “First time going to a Miller and Carter and I was not disappointed. Decided to go on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy but still found us a table no problem. Staff were really good, provided drink suggestions and were really attentive throughout the evening. Ordered the Butchers Block which comes with a number of cuts of meat and it was delicious! Ordered some sides as well which were also really nice including the Mac and Cheese and the mash potato. Food did take a little time to arrive however, the restaurant was busy and it was worth the wait so we didn't mind at all. Thank you for the lovely evening!”

  “We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The steak dinner was cooked to perfection – tender, full of flavour, and presented beautifully. Every part of the meal exceeded our expectations, and you could tell great care had gone into both the food and the service. A special mention has to go to our waitress, Laura, who was outstanding throughout the evening. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome without ever being overbearing. Her excellent service really made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing steak dinner and first-class service.”

  “Food was okay, not the best steak we’ve had but also not the worst. Ribeye was a little chewy, lobster was so dry and quite inedible. Took 45 mins from starters to coming out - which was quite a long time. Didn’t seem busy where we sat - might have been cause it was a Saturday during half term? The waitress we had was lovely, came up and checked we had drinks, asked if we wanted more and answered questions I had, couldn’t fault her! Didn’t catch her name, but I know she teaches horse riding lessons, she made the experience better!”
