  “Had an afternoon tea costing £30 a head. It was quite disappointing. The sandwich selection was very poor. One beetroot sandwich, one cheese sandwich, one very bad horseradish sandwich, and a very little bit of turkey sandwich. The cakes were also just out of a packet and poor. And we had one pot of tea between a large table and they didn’t have any more tea cups. I would not visit again for afternoon tea.”

  “We regularly stop by for a coffee or hot chocolate on our walks around the park. They serve illy coffee which makes for a delicious Caramel Latte. Most of the staff are friendly. They also do fresh cakes. We recently had donut from there and it was yummy. They also gave us a napkin and takeaway plate to eat it easily on a bench which was a welcome addition. It's a shame we can't sit in right now. The courtyard area is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.”
