“terrible, i come here on the weekend and was first of all spoken to rudely by the security upon entry. me and 4 of my friends were on room 2 dance floor and was approached rudely by a staff member who just barged straight past us. was then accused for doing drugs in the toilet which i have never touched in my life! would not recommend”

“There is wheelchair access to enter. Without a ramp, you won't be able to access the dance floor. This didn't bother me as I could see and dance near the main dance floor. The security and other staff members were amazing. They were thoughtful, caring, and so friendly. All in all, fabulous.”

“worst venue i have ever attended I had an extremely disappointing experience at this venue. My wife and I were assaulted by two intoxicated men. Instead of feeling protected by the door staff, we felt completely let down by their handling of the situation. In my opinion, the security response was unprofessional and lacked the training needed to deal with a serious incident. Rather than separating those involved, checking on our welfare, or managing the situation appropriately, my wife and I were also removed from the venue. It felt as though this decision was made to avoid potential complaints rather than to resolve the incident fairly. As the owner of a security company, I understand the standards expected of professional door supervisors. Based on my experience, those standards were not met on this occasion. During the interaction, one member of staff also made a dismissive remark along the lines of, “Just because you’re a doorman, it doesn’t mean anything here,” which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this venue while this level of security service is being provided. I hope the management reviews the incident, checks any available CCTV, and ensures staff receive further training in conflict management, customer care, and incident handling.”

“Small venue though packed with fun. Personally I'd like to return for another event. West End Show wasn't for me. I joined in and the entertainers worked very hard. Plenty of diehard musical lovers were loving it. I appreciated that musicals aren't for every one and those that love them were clearly having a marvellous time. Drink prices reflect the location.”

“I went there since a month ago in the end of May, and I do suggest not to go there because the people in this nightclub are creepy/predatory when I was observing this nightclub by noticing inappropriate behaviour. The atmosphere of this nightclub is not very good, especially when some of the people inside of this nightclub are questionable and it’s just completely dead and empty. Plays awful music too. Just don’t go there, especially if you are a woman.”

Customer Review Summary

Friendly staff and daytime sessions draw the most praise, especially a kids kpop morning disco and a daytime disco where reviewers call the decor fabulous and the atmosphere fun. Several describe lovely security and bubbly bar staff. One reviewer calls it a small venue packed with fun at a West End Show event, though the show wasn't to their taste and they say drink prices reflect the location. Night-time reviews are sharply split. One reviewer reports being assaulted by two intoxicated men and then being removed along with their wife. Another says two men were filming and grabbing women inside, that a report to a bouncer inside brought no action, and that the men were removed only after a fuss outside, with a smoking area bouncer credited for that. Others describe rude security on entry, an accusation of drug use in the toilets, awful music, an empty room, and creepy behaviour. One birthday group praises the VIP team, who talked them through everything at their booth and offered a really good deal.
