  “Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delicious, beautifully cooked and arrived fresh and hot. The pub had such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and we really enjoyed our visit. A special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly, polite and attentive and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her lovely, cheerful personality really made our experience even better. Amazing food, great atmosphere and exceptional service from Emma. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend! ❤️”

  “First time visiting. Stopped for breakfast and it was fantastic. Had the Big Brekkie Roll and it was exceptional. Staff were polite, attentive and helpful. Great atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back for another breakfast here. Thanks for a cracking breakfast!!!”

  “Compared to some other Hungry horses in the area, this one has been my best experience so far, hence the review. Food was lovely. Was cooked and presented well. Thank you Ant and Amy.   “We have been coming here regularly for the last 12 years, and it's always a fantastic experience. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and make you feel right at home. The food is consistently excellent, with generous portions and great value for money. A special mention to the management team, Emma and Chris, who can never do enough to make sure everyone is happy and well looked after. Their hard work and genuine care really make this pub stand out. It's a lovely place with a great atmosphere, and we always look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!”

  “I came here with my daughter for the K-Pop event during half term. It was great and my daughter had lots of fun. It was excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and they frequently ensured that their guests were happy with the service received throughout the event. I will definitely return again for future events!”

  “Always attend for food and events. Went today for the Funtime Theatre Panto. Lovely breakfast served, lynette and chris are absolutely fantastic always there to offer an helping hand. They put on lovely stuff for everyone to enjoy. Love the childrens things they put on nice to be able to go to a local that entertain the children.”

  “Im a regular here, foods delicious! Always served hot, staff are so kind and nothings ever too much trouble! Lovely atmosphere, always having things on for the kids even adults to keep them amused! Lovely pub, little play area for the kids too. Always a delight coming here. Thanks again!   “Food was OK. After ordering we were told some items were not available and had to change which was not great. Service was good and staff friendly. But cleanliness is an issue. Table was sticky and we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. Some tables have TV's to keep the little ones entertained. I don't think these have ever been cleaned. Not even a wipe over. They were vile. We were there in the morning, so it's not like they can claim this was after a busy evening. It's still no excuse even if it had been.”
