  “Visited tonight 29-08 6pm booking for our daughter's 13th requested table 3 which we were given thanks. Ordered via app 1st ever time and easy and straightforward and wasn't much of wait for drinks meals etc. Great service great food food runner male sorry didn't catch his name very polite and attentive also the host I can't recall your name but thanks for the lighter for our cake and good luck for your daughter's birthday soon. Great team at the Spread led by Laura known her for a few years when I was in hospitality so great to see her success at the Spread see you soon. Gaz and Family x”

  “It’s great. Yeah, little pricey, but the carvery justifies the price tag 🤤 and the chicken feast platter is always lovely and filling whenever I get one. The BBQ wings are 100% the highlight of that meal and the salted caramel brownie was even better. Every time I visit I leave satisfied 😊”

  “Pre- booked our table this afternoon and told there was a 45 minute wait for food. We accepted this but for our 3 course meal it took nearly 3 hours. I know we’re not in a Michelin star restaurant but this was incredibly annoying. We’ve had to chase our food with no staff apologising or updating us. Really poor service”

  “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Meal and a Great Evening! Me and two friends visited in Wednesfield for a meal and we honestly had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. One of my friends ordered the fish and chips, which looked fantastic and was a really generous portion. The other two of us went for the beef pie, accompanied by a lovely Hawkstone IPA — the perfect combination for a proper pub meal! 🍺🥧 Everything was cooked beautifully, the food was fresh and tasty, and the portions were very generous. The atmosphere was lovely too — relaxed, friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to sit down, enjoy some good food and have a proper catch-up with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was exactly what you want when going out for a meal. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back. A brilliant pub, great food, good drinks and excellent company — what more could you ask for? Highly recommended! 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “Arrived at 19:00 to our prebooked table. Sat down straight away. Food was served quickly after ordering and was well presented and tasty. Stayed for the football and found the bar really busy but the back/lounge had plenty of tables available. Decent sized place and catered for our party of 13 superbly.”

  “Waited over half an hour for food ! That was after waiting 20 minutes to be served at the bar! Mixed grill over cooked fries dry and uneatabke! My wife had 6 haloumi fries and 3 pieces of garlic bread then had to request sauce that was supposed to accompany it!”

  “Another lovely lunch today at the Spread Eagle. The Beavertown IPA was delicious and the cowboy burger meal was cooked to perfection. Such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you to Emma for all your help in booking our Christmas lunch too. I would definitely recommend this pub and will visit again. Another success for a festive meal. 10/10 wonderful service as usual.”

  “Tried here as its somewhere different. Never again. Sat down and straight away i asked for the table to be cleaned as it was sticky and wet. Same goes for by the bar area and you can feel it under your feet. Greeted by a girl, when I asked if they had any seats she replied with " just sit anywhere where there's pre booked tables, no smile or nothing. Anyways we ordered starters of wings, and battered mushrooms. The Wings were lovely tbf but the dish they brought them in was filthy. My wife's mushrooms were over cooked and burnt too. Then came the mains. I had the cowboy burger which was burnt, obviously overcooked and dry, and the wife's steak pie had no meat in and dry too. If I'm honest it's not worth a visit. Shame”
