Customer Review Summary
The Munchie Box draws the most praise, a packed spread of chow mein, egg fried rice, prawn toast, satay chicken skewers and spring rolls, with free prawn crackers and a can of pop. One reviewer calls the portion massive when shared between two. The salt and pepper box comes close behind, loved alongside noodles and rice, with spring rolls that one diner says taste homemade. Others mention good chippy food, with chips seeming better Friday to Sunday than midweek, and a few praise fresh food and good delivery. The complaints are specific. One diner found the noodles cold and stodgy, the duck spring rolls greasy, the duck in plum sauce swimming in oil, the salt and pepper wings dry with soggy skin, and the ribs cold with a watered down sauce. Another found the salt and pepper chips sweet and tasteless and the foo young short on meat. When the first diner rang to complain, the response was an apology, with no refund and no offer to remake the order.

“Had a bad meal here a few months ago so gave it as miss as you do decided to go back Friday 12/12/25 and boy I wish I hadn’t Noodles Where cold and stodgy Duck spring rolls where greasy Duck in plum sauce was just swimming in oil Salt n pepper wings chicken was dry and the skin was soggy as it had been in a box for god knows how long The BBQ ribs where cold the sauce was just a watered down version of what it should be When I rang and spoke to them all they did was apologise no offer of a refund or recompense of any description and didn’t offer to put it right if I ordered again This is probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had so be warned stay away from here”
