About The Three Mills
The Three Mills is a pub in Wigan, set inside the historic Eckersley Mill on Cotton Works, with an industrial-style fit-out. Food comes from several pop-up vendor units, and the small menu includes toasties, jacket potatoes and pie. Food orders are printed as tickets and passed through the pass, while drinks are ordered at the bar. The bar serves ales and IPA alongside coffee and wine. Workspaces are open to walk-ins, so people can settle in to work on site without arranging anything in advance. Darts is among the games on offer.

Customer Review Summary
Toasted sandwiches are the food reviewers mention most, with jacket potatoes and a beef pie close behind, and the small, simple menu is described as tasty. The restored old mill draws praise for its industrial style and plenty of seating indoors and out, and a few mention friendly bar staff and games from darts to pop games. The complaints carry real weight, though. One visitor found that only one of the four food counters was staffed on a Sunday afternoon, so nothing substantial was available. A breakfast customer reported slow service, a coffee shouted across for collection, cups only three-quarters full and rock hard bacon. Another noted the pie came with no chips or vegetables and no sides offered separately, and one visit found only one IPA on. A returning customer said drinks now arrive from a printed ticket through a pass after a long wait, with no full-fat Coke because of the sugar tax, and the wine came with ice in the glass.

“Love the setting, really well done. Foid was delicious- £9.00 for a pie. No chips or veg/salad. No sides offered separately apart from a "luxury sausage roll"! Toasties looked good!”

“Really enjoy that time here. Good atmosphere. Good range of games about from darts to general pop games. Only downside or something people should be aware of is terms of food. When we got there on the Sunday afternoon (they do close earlier for food), wich we won't aware of. But at the same time, when we got there it was still open. They run it as like little pop-up renders about. However, there's about four of them there. Only one of them had people working. The rest seemed abandoned so we weren't able to get really anything substantial which was a shame. As we heard good things from friends.”

“Great place. Small food menu, but the toasted sandwich I had was great. Plenty of tables in the day, but imagine it gets pretty busy later on.”
