  “5pm: Knock on the door, its dark and I am alone at home. Open it, a woman hands me a back immediately and without words before turning around and getting in her car. I realise it is not a package I ordered and was awaiting. I realise it is Food. She is already gone. I check to see if my family ordered anything, and are not home yet. They didn't. I wait an hour knowing the Food cannot be redelivered, before deciding to finally reheat and eat it and not let it go to waste. 3 hours later a woman is smashing on my door demanding money for her mistake and accusing me of stealing her wages. I made it known her wage dispute is between her and her boss. I call them to let them know that they have an employee who was being aggressive at the door and, after explaining what happened, the man tells me "you shouldnt have taken the Food." Deeply unprofessional. Terry's was our chippy of choice, not anymore. It is not random people's responsibility that your drivers are A) Not asking if you ordered food, nor confirming the address (which is signposted by a huge number above tbe door) B) In so much of a rush they drive off before you can even address what you are holding. C) Smashing repeatedly on a door at 8pm because you're pissed your boss doesn't respect you enough to not dock your pay over it. Clearly not a one time mistake on her part if this is the response her employer has. Abhorrent behaviour.”

  “First time we've tried here and ordered Crispy Chilli Beef, Special Noodle Box, Mixed Kebab and Salt n Pepper chicken. I ordered online and arrived about 13 minutes after ordering to find the food ready to go and all of it was superb and tasty. Staff were friendly so we'll definitely be coming back here.”
