  “This little dessert shop in West Brom is such a lovely find! Walking in, you’re greeted with a warm, relaxed vibe and really nice decor — the ambience makes it perfect whether you’re popping in quickly or planning to sit and unwind for a while. There’s plenty of seating, so you never feel cramped, and everywhere looks spotlessly clean and well‑kept — hygiene is clearly a big priority here. Parking is a huge plus too; there’s a good amount right next door, so no stressful circling around or long walks carrying treats. The choice of desserts is brilliant loads of variety, from classic favourites to creative twists. If you love pistachio, you absolutely have to try their range; every pistachio‑flavoured item we picked out tasted rich, fresh and perfectly balanced. I went for the matcha milkshake alongside a pistachio pop, and both were fantastic creamy, full‑flavoured and not overly sweet. Service was friendly and quick too. Definitely worth a visit — I’ll be coming back!”

  “This is my go to Dessert shop when I want something sweet and delicious. I have been to the shop which I must say the decor is on point. I order a few drinks and a brownie pot yesterday and it did not disappoint, the dragon fruit milkshake was amazing 🤩 tried it for the first time and they add a free drink as a kind gesture which I was very impressed 😊 Thank you" The little Dessert Shop" you are simply scrumptious 😋”

  “I ordered a too good to go bag today the 29th of May. However, the food was expired and inedible and hard. I expected better from this shop as it is very well known and has high ratings. Overall a huge disappointment.”

  “Came here before the refurb and after and it's soooo different - by the better! Beautiful environment and clean. Friendly staff, plenty to choose on the menu and they do good portion sizes. Very happy! Been back again, lovely service from the ladies today - Pooja and Harsha”

  “Had such a lovely experience at Little Dessert Shop thanks to Pooja and Ashna! 💗 I ordered a strawberry cold foam matcha and it was honestly so good, perfectly balanced and really refreshing. They didn’t have a large size available, but still made me a large anyway which was such a kind gesture and really appreciated. The service overall was warm and friendly. I was asked a couple of times to leave a review, which I didn’t mind at all, I completely understand wanting feedback, especially when the service is this thoughtful. Thank you both for making my visit so nice, I’ll definitely be back! ✨”
