  “Really impressed with the food from Grill N Shake. Everything was fresh, full of flavour and cooked really well. The grilled chicken was juicy with a proper smoky flavour, and the burgers were packed with flavour without being greasy. The portions were generous, but the lamb chops were the real bonus — they were huge, practically the size of a steak! 🥩🔥 Special mention to the grill chef — you can really tell when someone knows what they’re doing. Everything was cooked perfectly and had that proper grilled flavour. Great food, generous portions and definitely one of the better spots around West Bromwich for grilled food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “One of the best hidden gems in West Brom. Food was 10/10. Quality of the burgers and grilled platter was one of the best I’ve had. Chinese chef was so polite and hospitable. Hygiene was very good too. Spent £47 for a family of 5. Which is cheap for what we had and even took food home. Definitely recommend and will be coming again with my family. Thank you so much. ♥️”

  “I had a very disappointing experience at Grill N Shake in West Bromwich. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was far below acceptable standards. The dining area did not look properly maintained, and the general condition of the place gave a very poor impression. On top of that, the waiting time was extremely long, far longer than it should have been. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were not professional, and the information they gave was misleading and inconsistent, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was a very unpleasant visit. Poor hygiene standards, excessive delays, and dishonest and unprofessional staff are not acceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.”

  “Visited Grill and Shake after reading the positive review, however the only saving grace was the customer service which made all the difference. The sizzler was not what I normally expect from a sizzler, i.e. served sizzling hot, instead it was luke warm and bland (despite asking for the spice to be hot). The doors at the rear of the restaurant are left open so you get a draft whilst you are eating so doesn't really help with you feeling relaxed. The staff are very tentative and friendly. Seating availability is also good.”

  “I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Their chicken is absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked to perfection. The service is just as impressive. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. They even went out of their way to prepare something that wasn’t on the menu, which really shows their commitment to making customers happy. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding service!”

  “Visited Grill N Shake on a Saturday, and it was quite a decent-sized place. It is suitable for large groups and family friendly. It was busy when we arrived, and as the staff seemed rushed off their feet there wasn’t much of a welcome. We ended up seating ourselves, and the table hadn’t been cleaned from the previous customers, though a member of staff came over and cleaned it promptly once we asked. There’s a wide range of options on the menu, and I found the prices very reasonable. We ordered at the till, and due to how busy it was, we waited around 45 minutes for our order for three people. Once the food arrived, it was presented very well and tasted good too. Overall, despite the busyness and the wait, it was an enjoyable meal. I’d recommend giving it a try.”

  “I came here last week with a couple of friends. I ordered the Chicken steak meal and had option to have half rice and half chips, the flavour I choose was medium. The chicken steak was bursting with flavour tye rice came with like a vegetable sauce which was a really nice touch and goes well with the dish and the chips were really nice. My mates had a burger meal and another had stir fry mix which they both said was really nice. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend this place and will be definitely coming back again some time.”

  “Grill N Shake is an absolute gem! The chicken wings were spot on – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavour. The Philly cheesesteak was another winner, with tender beef, perfectly melted cheese, and fresh toppings that made every bite mouth-watering. To top it off, their milkshake was thick, creamy, and indulgent – the perfect sweet finish to the meal. Great food, generous portions, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
