  “I’ve been a customer for about four years and have never had a problem until today. I was overcharged, and when I raised the issue, the customer service was very poor. It’s disappointing to lose the trust of a loyal customer over something that could have been handled properly. The food is still delicious, but because of the way I was treated, I won’t be returning.”

  “Just been to uk shawarma after it had apparently been closed for several weeks for refurbishment, the portion have become smaller the wraps and the meat quality has become poor. Was a really nice food spot however have to change my mind from the most recent visit. I don't mind paying more for the quality and portion size but it's no good cutting corners getting cheaper meat and smaller portions for the same price .”

  “I ordered two chicken wraps, but instead they packed two lamb wraps. The taste was really bad, and the smell was unpleasant. I also asked for mayo and spicy mayo, but neither was added, making the wraps very dry and hard to eat. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. Never eating from here again”

  “Now this is what I'm talking about. Served with care and attention from the moment you walk in. Food bought to the table. Complimentary lentil soup given which is a nice warm starter to get your taste buds going. The portions are excellent and food is really nice and tasty full of flavour. I did visit twice over 2 days as I enjoyed it so much. Would go back again! Thank you.”

  “The food is good and the guys working there are friendly and respectful. We usually get our lunches here. The only thing I don't like it is when you get a takeaway Shawarma in Nan, the Wrapping paper sticks to the sandwich and it's very unpleasant to eat while if you are not careful, you'll be eating the paper. Also sometimes the Shawarma is very oily.”

  “To be honest Their food is Nothing tasty either too fried or not fried. This was the kebab I ordered from them but I didn't couldn't eat it becauseit was all raw and not fried well. Please be careful what you give to the people, this is not healthy!! And they will give you more food to charge you more that's not fair !!!”

  “Came here with my family twice in the last 2 weeks and was blown away both times. The first time I ordered the lamb kofte with was beautifully seasoned and so juicy and moist inside, while my mum ordered the shawarma which was delicious. The second time we ordered two family platters which were some flavoursome and filling, more than enough for a few people. Will defo be going back here again.”

  “Great grill food with a twist, friendly and efficient staff. Ordered a family platter which was lovely the Mango chutney was added bonus. Plenty on the menu to choose from coming back next time for the grilled fish.”
