  “The pros: delicious food! The buffalo wings were amazing, the chicken burger was well done, and the salad was fresh. The portion size for the salad was a bit less, but the rest was perfect. The cons: it was fairly deserted (I visited for lunch on a weekday), but the staff was still attentive and friendly!”

  “Aesthetic is gorgeous, but food didn't match up to it. I ordered the 'Diner-Mite' burger - the beef and the Big Moe's sauce were great, however the brioche bun tasted cakey, pre-packaged and not fresh. The fries and onion rings tasted like they were from the frozen isle in the supermarket, quite disappointing. The '50s aesthetic is wonderful, however neither the jukebox nor pool table work (would be nice if the restaurant got both fixed). The entrance to the toilets had an unpleasant odour, would be nice if an electric diffuser was placed nearby. Moreover, the restaurant sells an unbranded version of "Coke", which tastes awful, so don't bother ordering that. Rockabilly and '50s music is played, so expect to hear a lot of Little Richard and the likes of The Everly Brothers, Little Eva etc. I wouldn't recommend the burger, and won't be going back for that again, but I'm looking forward to trying the milkshakes and desserts in my next few visits.”

  “This is my second visit. I use it when visiting Wembley for concerts. The atmosphere is always good. Staff very friendly and helpful even when very busy. The decor is fun and gives the American diner experience. Food as always very good. Service is quick and prices are very fair”

  “Decided to try Big Moe’s on our last evening in London after viewing the menu and pictures online, however, these were extremely deceiving and we should have read the reviews. There was only approximately 15 people in the restaurant and although we were seated immediately, we then had to wait a further 25 minutes before any member of staff taking our order despite being a number of staff being available. The promotional video in the restaurant claims the chips are hand cut daily, however, this does not appear to be the case with the look or taste they are almost certainly frozen out of a bag. The mozzarella sticks also weren’t homemade and my partners chicken burger was dry and rubbery. In my personal opinion, there are much better food options available in the area and we were so disappointed we decided to go elsewhere for a dessert as we were still feeling hungry.”

  “EXTREMELY IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE! The plate below was what we were given, (there were two of these) to open our fast with - complimentary. have you ever had more than a water or a skinny date to open your fast with? felt well looked after, it was busy but the servers always got us what we wanted despite that. food and atmosphere was amazing. we are repeat customers”

  “We had such a brilliant time at Moe’s Diner! The whole place has a proper 1950’s American vibe – from the décor to the fantastic music, it really feels like you’ve stepped back in time. There’s even a pool table which made it even more fun, and the atmosphere was just perfect – lively, welcoming, and full of character. A special thank you to our amazing waitress Deepa, who was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely. She really made our visit extra special, for my daughter’s birthday. Playing a happy birthday song on the speakers and giving her an ice cream with a huge cake sparkler and sprinkles. We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend!”

  “I liked the design of the restaurant as it was nice and cozy, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. However, I didn’t like the smell inside the restaurant. There was a noticeable odor as soon as you entered, which made me feel uncomfortable and slightly affected the overall experience. We ordered a chicken burger and a beef burger. The quality of the food was okay — not amazing, but decent and acceptable for the price. The burgers were reasonably priced, which makes the place a good option if you’re looking for something affordable. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit, which was a positive point. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly restaurant with good service, but improving the smell and overall ambiance would make the experience much better.”

  “Lovee the interior of this place! Very clean and very friendly staff. Ordered Nashville burger with Nashville loaded fries & chocolate milkshake Burger was nice, milkshake was delicious very sweet though. Fries could be better, powdered seasoning was too harsh and the sauces on top were ice cold which made the fries cold. Too much going on, better to keep it simple. Also more gherkins please!”
