  “Always loved the haute Dolci especially the one in Leicester. This branch didn’t really meet my expectations. Toilets were a shock horror really! Yes the food was somewhat okay, but aesthetically I expected more and cleanliness was below sub standard. The highlight was the service from Musa and colleagues but everything else……yikes”

  “Decent visit to HD yesterday afternoon, air conditioning wasn’t working which didn’t make things pleasant. Condition of the store was not great, overall food quality and product was great. Store needs attention in cleanliness and can be a-lot neater.”

  “Amazing. The aesthetic is beautiful and quality of things served is perfect. My pancakes and mocktails were just so delicious and not only is it beautiful for taste but it looks so nice too. Loved my experience here and thank you Tina for the lovely and kind service!”

  “Came for a private booking and the food was 10/10. Took a while to come out due to the large party but that was understandable it was 20+ people! Service was seamless and the portions were large and balanced flavours. Recommend the shakshuka and coffee.”

  “Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to Haute Dolci Wembley. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our food was significantly delayed, and all three of us received our meals at different times. One particular order was especially disappointing. We requested no beans with the breakfast but expected the rest of the meal to remain the same. Instead, we were served only 2 poached eggs on dry toast, despite being charged £14.50. What also left a bad impression was the ordering system. We ordered through the table kiosk, which automatically added a service charge of around £7. We then added an extra tip, bringing the total tip to approximately £10 before any food or service had been received not knowing what was to follow. In hindsight, I would recommend ordering at the till and waiting until after your meal before deciding on any additional tip. To their credit, the staff did apologise and provided complimentary tea and dessert, which was highly appreciated. However, it did not fully make up for the delays, incorrect orders, and overall experience, especially considering the restaurant was relatively quiet at the time. I had higher expectations as I have visited other branches elsewhere and didn’t have the same experiance. I am only writing this as a place of advice to hopefully help the business for future happy customers. I wish nothing but the best for the business and hope they can make some changes for customers to come back again. I only managed to take one picture as we waited so long to eat, I didn’t manage to take more.”

  “I had a really lovely experience at Haute Dolci. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and perfect for a relaxed café moment. The presentation of the food was beautiful and everything tasted fresh and well made. The coffee was also very good and nicely served. Service was friendly and the overall vibe of the place is definitely worth coming back for. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a cosy and aesthetic spot in London.”

  “Me and my partner chose Haute Dolci as the best place for dessert, for sure. It was our second time there, and it was amazing despite how busy they were on Valentine’s Day, the staff made sure to give their attention to everyone. We booked a table in advance and would recommend everyone do the same. The second floor is gorgeous. It’s decorated in soft pink, beige, and gold tones and has a sakura tree which is absolutely beautiful. The waffles with Belgian chocolate, strawberries, and gelato are amazing. My partner had waffles with kataifi and pistachio. Later, we had a pinacolada, which was so delicious. Thank you for the quick service and tasty desserts!”

  “Wow! We just happened to pass this place on the way to our hotel. We decided to give it a try that evening. We were shocked with how utterly amazing everything was. The staff were so friendly the food was incredible. The drinks as well!!! Will defo be coming back next time we visit!”

  “Food was lovely! We had the breakfast, was absolutely delicious and fast arriving. Service was incredible poor though. The restaurant wasn’t busy at 10.30 am but yet the service was appalling from the staff. The member of staff had not asked if I had been there before, we just sort of got thrown to our seats and left to it. When it also came time to order it took about 15mins or so just to get her attention so we could place an order (again the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, she probably had 2 coffees or so to make).. when it came time to pay it was also another 5-7 mins but felt like forever just stood at the counter ready to pay the bill. Another member of staff came over to take the payment. No greeting, no “how was the food? Was everything okay?” Nothing, just put the amount in the card machine and I tapped my card and she gave me a smile to signal that my payment was all done. Nothing but complete silence throughout. I shouldn’t have even payed the service fee added to the bill. However I just tapped my card and dint want the hassle. Absolutely awful experience. To make it worse we were there for my daughter’s 4th birthday this morning for a nice breakfast. She took a liking to the restaurant because her favourite colour is pink and the menu also looked good to me when I had a look. I hope their other restaurants are better and today was just a bad day for them.”
