  “Absolutely fantastic hotpot experience! The buffet selection is massive and has everything you could want, from fresh meats and seafood to vegetables, noodles, sauces, and desserts. One of the highlights was the live chef stations, where dishes are prepared fresh right in front of you, adding an extra level of quality and excitement to the meal. The ingredients were fresh, the restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Whether you're a hotpot enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this place offers incredible variety and great value for the price. I left completely satisfied and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!”

  “Overall a really great buffet. The range of sushi, Korean, Indian and Chinese food is ace. The selection of Italian food is bad... Good range of deserts too. The service is efficient rather than friendly. Bar service was quick, process to get in was slow... Overall pretty good value”

  “JRC Global Buffet has a wide variety of food options to choose from, which is great if you like having plenty of choice. However, the food itself was fairly average overall. Unfortunately, there were also quite a few empty shelves during our visit, which was disappointing and made the selection feel limited at times. The experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.”

  “Good evening dinner at JRC Global Buffet 🍽️ We had a great time with so many food varieties to choose from. There are dishes from more than 6 countries, so everyone can find something they like. The live cooking and grilling station was a nice touch—fresh and tasty! 🔥 Desserts were okay, some average options but still good to try. Overall, a nice place for dinner with family or friends if you want a mix of different cuisines 👍🏽”

  “I had an amazing all-you-can-eat experience at this BBQ hot pot restaurant! The selection was incredibly impressive — from fresh, high-quality seafood like shrimp and shellfish to a wide variety of tender, well-marinated meats. Everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared.Arthurs What really stood out was the range of ready-to-eat dishes as well. There were so many delicious cooked options to choose from, making it easy to enjoy a full and satisfying meal without waiting. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for anyone who loves seafood, meat, and diverse dishes. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING!!! Dined in JRC Wembley fo dinner just today 04.04.26 (after a long day drive, we just wanted to eat!) --dear daughter’s noodle included AN EARING!!! Almost ate it! Manager was informed, just said sorry and that’s it! Nothing said to make us feel better! Took the plate and that's it, turned his back on us! We were just told it could be ‘a customer’s earing which fell off as their cooks are not allowed to wear them!’ So, it has become the customer’s fault and another customer’s health in danger that this has happened! Understand that no one hoped this to happen but not even an assurance to say that ‘JRC will investigate’ --- appalling customer service! We can deal with limited food selection compared before, but with this customer service, we are never going back again! LOOK CLOSELY!”

  “Very good place, I visited recently with mum friends and to be honest food was very good was a bit noisy, but time went very quick. Good choice of the food and lot of to choose , staff was friendly and we got seated straight away. Temperature was good, good was hot and juicy , I'm not sure about sushi, but deserts was exactly what we needed afters.”

  “Few year ago I was visited this buffet in lunch time and very disappointed. Recently I saw a post from IG somebody introduced this buffet (it's advertorial definitely) and look something different. So I give a chance to tried again. Finally, I will not recommend to anyone. Cold sea foods empty over a hour and just refill once by somebody request and taste nothing. Sushi keep low supply. Curry also keep nearly empty, only have some curry sauce from start to the end. Teppanyaki keep very long queue, the chef cooking very slow to keep the queue long, I give up finally.”

  “JRC MARCH 2ND REVIEW Buy 1 Get 1 Free All in all I had a good time at Jrc Wembley. The issue is: is it worth £26.25 and do I need an unlimited food lunch? There were plenty of refills. Didn't really see any empty trays. Plenty of prawns, which was impressive as this can be expensive to source. Tables were cleared very quickly. So place was kept tidy. However, all trays were open and mostly un-supervised. Which means everyone is at risk from unhygienic customers. Some food items were cold from the beginning of the service. My chicken and sweetcorn soup was watered down, with hardly any sweetcorn in it. There is now a service charge added, which I'm not sure what that is for as everything is self service. I would have preferred just to be charged £26.25 as the price. These are all challenges that come with all eat as much as you like buffets. So JRC shouldn't be heavily criticised for this. The question i must ask and the management must consider: Do I really need an unlimited food lunch? When I go to JRC, I need one full plate or two small plates. The rest of the time, I'm eating to justify the £26 I have spent. Therefore I will only return if there is a buy 1 get 1 free or similar type of offer. I don't need to spend £26 to fill my belly. Only to overeat.”
