  “Dont bother ordering... food wont come. Ordered waited over an hour and their website kept saying driver is out for delivery for about 30 minutes food never came, called restaurant 4 times no answer ! Just dont take orders if you dont have capacity everywhere else is closed now too which is great cheers for the mbappe special peri fino. Ordering food is a luxury and the one time i decide to my food not delivered what an absolute joke of a place.”

  “Went for lunch with friends. Shown to a table quickly and given menus. Was given time to decide what to order without a long wait before being served. Food was nice and a reasonable price. £13 for a chicken wrap, a drink and a side of chips.”

  “Ordered food at 10 pm it has now been well over an hour, the alloted time slot for delivery has gone past which was 10:45pm, I tried to call restaurant before it closed to get update an no one answered, this is completely unacceptable, I have paid for a service that has not been delivered, I would like to know exactly what happened with my order an why it took so long, I will be making a further complaint via a phone call and email tomorrow!! I thought ordering through your actual website would make this alot easier but instead has just had me checking at my window every 5 minutes for an order that looks like it's not coming and now I'm having to spend more money on food tonight an be eating alot later than expected!!!”

  “The service at Piri Fino in Walsall was extremely poor. Although the food was decent, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. They were rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to accommodate even a basic request, which shows a complete lack of customer care. There was no attempt to be helpful or polite — it felt like they simply didn’t care. Good food doesn’t make up for bad service. I won’t be returning, and management seriously needs to address staff attitude and customer service standards.”

  “This was my first time at piri fino in Walsall. I have been to other locations in Birmingham. The food was absolutely delicious as usual. I love the fact that you can eat in here. The atmosphere looks nice and cool. Staff was polite. Parking was a little hard to find but overall, a good experience.”

  “Having read some reviews of customer service, I had concerns of this place - but was willing to give it a go, so early evening whilst we were still drinking in the pub opposite I called and reserved a table for a 6-strong group of us - which was all set once we got there. I went for something small - 5 wings + side - opting for the hot (but not Extra Hot) flavour, plus Piri chips, which weren't all *that* spicy but worked a treat. It wasn't bad, but trying to locate a waitress to get drinks refills proved problematic - after our second beer we paid up and left. Will definitely return, but may try a night when they're less busy as it seemed understaffed (and I don't recall them having Wifi there)”

  “We were in Walsall town so decided to try this place for food. We were seated quickly and once the order was taken food came in an appropriate time. Yet it wasn't anything amazing. Everything felt half hearted. There are some veggie options but nothing I would recommend. It's a nice place to try out but I wouldn't go out of my way. Hope you have a better experience. Enjoy.”

  “Walsall Round Two!!! Went over to Peri Fino and ordered; Whole Chicken Medium Sauce Spicy Rice Coleslaw The food was really good, juicy, and tasty chicken. The rice wasn't really spicy, but when great with the chicken, in my opinion. Coleslaw was good but nothing special it was like a store bought Slaw. I was disappointed in the service. I watched my drinks being done, and they were just sitting on the bar, I collected myself, and the food arrived just after, on the plus side cocktails were 2 for 1 still £10 though and there were not the best. I would visit for the food again, but as I said, the service was poor, not interactive, dismissive, and not overly attentive.”

  “Very delicious food although my Chicken Caesar had no Parmesan but I did not realised until I ate it all. Very juicy and well seasoned chicken and strong cocktails. I am not giving 5 stars because waiter was rude. Definitely will visit again.”
