  “I had a very bad experience at Afghan Grill today. The fries tasted terrible, possibly because the mayonnaise was expired. I reported the issue, but the staff did not take it seriously. I also felt unwell after eating. Very disappointing.”

  “The food is good, but the staff behaviour was disappointing. I ordered half chicken and 1 naan and clearly repeated my order when asked if it was a meal or single. After paying, I checked and noticed the naan was not included. When I went back to explain, the staff member said I couldn’t pay £1 separately and immediately started shouting and accusing me of lying. This was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service and listening skills really need improvement.”

  “Absolutely stunning me and my family came in 15 minutes past the closing time and without any hesitation they allowed us to dine in. However after the food came he came and gave us complimentary dishes: chips, kabli rice and korma and it was all fresh not even leftovers and food was absolutely phenomenal. When we finished our food I wanted to pay him for the food but he said no it's on the house but I still paid it but I wanted to give tip and he said no I cannot allow that, such a nice man. MashAllah”

  “I and one of my friends went to this shop today. Tht was a brilliant experience, and the taste, amount and quality were mind-blowing. I really need to mention about the service they have offered. We ordered 2 full chicken, but we were unable to eat them and they willingly packed the food and handed them towards us. The communication needed was 10 on 10. I really appreciate the support they offered to save the food.”
