Customer Review Summary
Battered chips are the recurring draw, with several reviewers calling them fresh, tasty, and among the best in the West Midlands, and one describing them as a Sunday ritual paired with friendly ownership. The Khans Special Pizza with extra pepperoni also gets praise, though one diner felt the dough was too thick. Against that sits a real split in experience: multiple reviewers report cold or stale food, undercooked or raw chicken, rubbery fish, and soggy batter sticking to the box. One reviewer says they were overcharged, quoted £9 for a £6 board price. Complaints about the food were compounded for some by the response they got when raising concerns, with one reviewer describing rudeness and being refused further service after complaining, and another noting a staff member reacted badly to a complaint about cold food and raw chicken. Other reviewers, though, describe warm treatment and staff who "looked after" them.

“"I live for Sundays just for the battered chips here! Being in the West Midlands, you know good chips, but these are top-tier. Everything is cooked fresh and tastes amazing. The owner is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel welcome. If you haven't tried their battered chips yet—wow, you are missing out. Thank you for the great food!"”

“The pizza is absolutely amazing!!! I ordered Khans Special Pizza with extra Pepperoni and Battered Chips ! The only thing I would say is there was too much breading in the pizza. Pizza dough was too thick for my liking. Other ppl might like it but I think if the pizza dough was thinner. It would of been 10/10.”
