  “I am regularly buying food from here but will stop as they not giving the correct orders causing inconvenience on several occasions when checked at home. The portions seem to be smaller and smaller They sell whole chicken or half a chicken but no breast included?🫣 They not putting salt in fries either and do not include salt sachets in takeaway bags”

  “I went in and was met with nothing but attitude from both the owner and the staff. On my way back from work, I was starving, saw this place, and decided to give it a try. I didn’t have any cash on me, so I asked if they accepted card. The owner rolled his eyes at me and didn’t speak to me throughout the entire process. His attitude was worse than the burger itself. He was extremely rude and clearly needs to learn basic manners and customer service. I don’t understand how someone can work at the till and not even know how to smile or treat customers properly. My family has been here before and even mentioned seeing rats inside. Overall, it’s a terrible place with awful food and even worse customer service. Also, his attitude was fatter than the burger itself.”

  “I recently visited this takeaway and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There were five members of staff present and only two customers ahead of me in the queue, so I did not anticipate a long wait. However, the service was extremely slow. The staff member taking orders would not begin serving the next customer until he had completely finished preparing and finalising the first customer’s order. This approach significantly slowed down the queue and created unnecessary delays. In most efficient takeaway settings, orders are taken consecutively while preparation is handled separately to ensure smoother service. After waiting approximately 15 minutes without even being able to place my order, I felt left with no choice but to leave. It was frustrating, particularly given the number of staff available at the time. I hope the management reviews their workflow and customer service processes, as improvements in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall experience. At present, this is unfortunately a clear example of how to lose customers rather than retain them.”

  “I order the food for my family and was not sure if my mum would like it because she is very scent sensitive. But the food was delivered hot, the chicken pieces were quite big and the chips portions were substantial. It was all delicious and filling”

  “I love this place for food.. my children don’t liked from other places always have food from them.. Excellent fast service good quality food great service great staff easy menu and the best thing they are 5stars in hygiene rating.. i always recommend to my friends and family.”
