Customer Review Summary
Doughnuts draw the most consistent praise, described as soft, freshly made, and made to order with varying sugar and toppings, and even a reviewer otherwise unhappy with a food order confirms the doughnuts were good quality. Close behind, the karak chai and papri chaat earn repeated approval, and a desi nasta breakfast is singled out for its chana, puri, and halwa. Quality is inconsistent beyond the doughnut counter, though: one reviewer describes a paye curry with no meat, reheated shop bought naan, and hard puris, while others report an off tasting Bombay parata and a jacket potato with cheese and beans that "tasted weird." Pricing is a recurring friction point, with more than one reviewer saying the amount charged did not match what was shown on the menu. One reviewer also describes hygiene concerns during doughnut preparation, including no hairnet or gloves worn by staff. After an initial bad experience, one reviewer notes the owner personally addressed the problem and offered a goodwill gesture to resolve it.

“Burnt samosas and pathetic food hygiene. The lady at the counter kept touching her hair again and again while making donuts no hair net worn and no disposable gloves either. Moreover she was talking to phone and barely listened to my instructions for my donuts meanwhile i was standing there she done same with next customer brushed her off while talking on her phone. I visited in 12 march 2026 4:35PM (for refrence). Whover is owner of this place needs to pay a visit. Workers are letting him/her down. It wasn’t my first visit it used to be an excellent place.”

How this listing is sourced
- Where the data comes from
- Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
- How it stays current
- Listings are re-checked in batches against their public profile, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
- How it is ranked
- Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
