  “Absolutely love this place. Can't remember since it's opened how many times we have been for doughnuts. The doughnuts are absolutely amazing, so soft and freshly made. Definitely try the doughnuts. Today we had the desi nasta. We were not disappointed. The chana puri halwa were delicious. The purinwas absolutely huge. The chana delicious and the halwa was soo good.”

  “Burnt samosas and pathetic food hygiene. The lady at the counter kept touching her hair again and again while making donuts no hair net worn and no disposable gloves either. Moreover she was talking to phone and barely listened to my instructions for my donuts meanwhile i was standing there she done same with next customer brushed her off while talking on her phone. I visited in 12 march 2026 4:35PM (for refrence). Whover is owner of this place needs to pay a visit. Workers are letting him/her down. It wasn’t my first visit it used to be an excellent place.”

  “Best donuts in the black country and perhaps the midlands. Made the donuts to order so less sugar on some and more toppings on others. Tea is very fresh and the whole dine in area is really ambient and modern. Family and friendly and affordable. The food tastes fresh Vs modern dessert restaurants that are ultra processed.   “Edited 4.2.25 - made the mistake of ordering beyond our usual doughnuts. What a dissapointment and disgrace - ordered the paye which had no meat just bones nothing on them at all, the naan are definitely not made instore they are re-heated shop bought ones. The puris are hard and thick not light and fluffy as they should be. The chana was flavourless and hard. The halwa was not sweet enough. The biriyani was flavoured OK but the chicken was tiny bits and the rice texture was dry and re-heated and all broken. The samosa chaat was average. Unfortunately after this terrible waste of money I will not be ordering from them again. I did call the store no offer of rectifying the paya curry situation or anything just excuses saying they arrive like that and that they have a new person in the kitchen etc. Absolutely a waste of money. Reduced stars to 1 unfortunately. Edited 27.12.24 - ordered a second time the doughnuts were lovely but sent me 1 wrong flavour of nimbu pani. Quality of doughnuts was good. Hope they stay consistent. Ordered 6 assorted doughnuts, matilda cake and lemon raspberry drink. Was nice but a bit pricey, would order again as a treat.”

  “Two days in row I was asking for coffee as a new costumer. One lady who is working there is fantastic and prepared for me large cup with karak chai and additional instant coffee which I needed. Everything in front of me. I was the new costumer and wanted to know the price. All menu cards were at the table and prices for medium £2.50 large £3.50. My coffee karak was for £3. Next day I ask for coffee but machine was still out if order. Behind the encounter was a man talking to me quietly I coundnt hear him asking for any details: lid, sugar, etc. I saw at the beginning he gave me small cup after all preparation he charged me £3 for karak chai with small amount instant coffee even it was not one table spoon. I asked him for price at menu he said that price is changed. Do not go to this chai shop when you see this man. Stay away! Definitely bad vibes. : ( dissapointed Edit to response: you are not allowed to insult me about me wax ear. Your are not right in any case.if you have inspection im pretty sure you failed. You gave me small cup as I included at picture. My opinion is truly and honest. You know better that when I come there you were on phone all time even when you prepered my coffee. Again if you have any manners accept review and apologise like others do. Besides I saw others reviews and those are not good at the bills which you printed should be price for the item not your imaginary 3 or 5 pounds.( add pics) I am really sorry for young girl who was working day before. She didn't deserve for this place and this OWNER. Trust me- I have nothing to loose and my opinion goes with facts. For your information Mr Owner Franchising this karak coffee made by you was dedicated for my husband who knows you, warned me about you and he wasn't happy with this small version of hot drink which I bought for him. I appriciate good vibes and being welcomed which I guess will not find anymore in YOUR shop.”
