  “Absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in to the service to the food. I was very happy to know that you can make adjustments to order. Like I wanted chicken mayo but with green chilies and she said yes. The food was delicious tasty. All halal. Relaxing spacious environment. It was perfect thankyou. I'm a regular now.! Also they cater for dietary needs, dairy alternatives etc..”

  “Really enjoyed my visit to this café. The matcha was excellent, and the food was delicious too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s also great that they offer student and NHS discounts, which is a nice touch. Overall, a lovely place with good food, great drinks, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!”

  “Lovely cafe, quiet, peaceful, and a lovely place to relax after shopping. It serves the best Spanish latte I've ever had. My daughter really enjoyed her food. The lady who served us was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come again.”

  “I’ve been to this cafe quite a few times and every time has been amazing. It’s a very tucked away cafe in Walsall town however it’s definitely a calming cafe to visit. Staff are really friendly and quick with service. They have downstairs and upstairs seating and bathroom facilities too. Perfect for studying and even just a cute breakfast/ brunch date. I was a little confused at first with halal options as the menu said ham however I spoke to the staff and it is fully halal however I would say to maybe change the menu wording to avoid the confusion of it potentially not being halal other than that it’s a beautiful place with really kind staff.”

  “Stopped by BrewKraft Cafe & Lounge for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Nice relaxed atmosphere too—definitely a good spot to sit and enjoy a proper cup. Will be back”

  “I've visited a few times, always a pleasant experience. The staff are always very friendly and it far excells surrounding cafés in Walsall. You have to try the chicken tikka panini it's amazing (pictured). Big portions and made with love and care. The Chai latte here is easily the best in Walsall. It always hits the spot. Prices are competitive and I always feel I get a personalised experience going here which you just don't get in Gregg's or Costa. Will continue to visit when I'm walking past :)”

  “I’ve got lost in Walsall today. I was going to go to Costa Coffee. I turned down two wrong roads and then found myself at the bottom of a street.. I’m Disabled. I have processing needs and I find it very difficult to navigate in my car.. But this was a BLESSING today. I got out of my car and went around the corner and saw your Shop, I walked in and was greeted by BIG SMILES and the most AMAZING POSITIVE Energy… NASRA & KARUNA Could not do enough to make me happy.. To be honest, I was quite shocked with how good the service was !! I didn’t expect that and subsequently I chatted with your staff for quite awhile they are friendly polite and couldn’t do enough to make the me and other customers happy. I didn’t just experience this myself. I experienced it with other people that came into the shop. I also took lots of food home with me because it was made with love !! It was delicious ! I hope the owner reads this and gives the staff a tap on the back. It’s not easy in Customer Service. It’s also not easy serving and cooking at the same time. So well done.. Every time I come into Walsall , I won’t be using Costa Coffee. I’ll be using your shop for my food and for my coffee. !! Excellent service !! Thank you !!”

  “I enjoyed to have a meal at Brisk cafe. I am really comfortable with this cafe because they provide halal ham/bacon and sausage. I appreciated with staff. Staffs are friendly and made us happy…I am proud of this cafe provided halal stuff for Muslim people. Thank you very much to Brisk cafe 😊”
