“We used to order from Chungs whenever we got a Chinese as used to be fast and good food. This evening we ordered a mere 4 dishes, and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. It was ordered around 7:20, promised an hour after ordering, we chased it and they said it was due to lack of drivers and would compensate with “free spring rolls”, before stating it would be another 30 minutes to arrive (at this point was already late). We then had to chase it a second time, all to be rushed off the phone and told “they’ll be 2 minutes”. We finally received the food at 9:40!!! 2hrs at 20 minutes after ordering!!. The only good thing about the service was how friendly and apologetic the driver was. Awful service. And “free spring rolls” is almost laughable. And the good quality wasn’t great either. Sad to see it so bad.”

“What happened to popper food containers, this is the sort of shoddy rubbish, I would expect to receive food in from a nasty, fast food takeaway.. Hence why I never have any food from them....you have just lost a very long term customer”
